3km run and 6km walk

I went running early this morning as usual ! I ran 3km in 20 minutes without walking! I am getting better slowly but surely! Once again I ate before the run and I think it’s a good thing for me to begin the day with something in the stomach before my run. This run felt great!

After work I walked all the way from my office to my apartment which is a 6km walk and I loved it!
