General Tips:
Avoid excessive smoking and stress.
Eat healthy foods.
Get enough sleep.Â
Hair Products:
Read the labels of the product you will use. Avoid products that has alcohol because it will dries out your hair.
Know you hair type so that you will know what hair products you will use.
Drying:
Hot air can damage your hair, so when using hair dryer make sure its in cool setting.
Do not rub your hair with towel too much. It can also damage your hair.
Do not use brush/comb when drying. Hair is most fragile when wet, so use your finger tips.
Combing/Brushing:
Use soft bristles to lessen the damage.
Comb/Brush your hair before going to sleep.
Also use widely spaced comb/brush.
Avoid sharp tips, it can caused split-ends and can scratch your scalp.
Wash your comb/brush weekly with shampoo to keep it clean.
Shampooing/Conditioning:
Know your hair type to find the right product for you.
Always wash your hair with warm water. Avoid hot water, it will dry your hair.
Make sure to rinse the shampoo/conditioner completely, because any residue will attract dirt and will dry your scalp.
Always use conditioner after shampooing to moisturize your hair.

I gained a lot of weight after I graduated last March 2013. Eat, Sleep, Repeat!!
I tried running, but I got lazy so I stopped. Then I had a diet, but I just love eating and can't resist foods that makes you fat. Then I tried drinking slimming tea namely Kankunis and Biguerlai, but I don't like the taste of it and it makes me wanna sleep in my bathroom. Yikees!

What I really love that day is my curled hair, I curled my hair using a curling iron, and used Tresemme Heat Tamer to protect my hair from the heat.Â

We had our lunch at Outback, and saved 1k+. We used a voucher from Ensogo. Not bad!
I usually get the Victoria’s Fillet Cut, it comes with mashed potato and mixed veggies.
But for Saturday's lunch, I ate No Rule Pasta with shrimp.
And I’m telling you, I received a generous amount of shrimp!! Shrimp lovers will definitely enjoy this meal.
Though Outback Steakhouse is a little expensive. It is money’s worth!

This scrub is quiet popular. It helps exfoliate your skin, and will lessen your cellulite!
All you need is ground coffee beans and olive oil.
Make your coffee for breakfast, and store the used coffee in a container. Make sure to let it cool first before using or storing. If you will not use it right away, you can store it in a sealed container inside the fridge. And remember that you will add the olive oil just before you use it, not before you store it.
The mixture of coffee scrub I used is (5:1). 5 parts coffee and 1 part olive oil.
Apply the scrub on your whole body before you have your shower, leave it for 20-25 mins. But be careful! This scrub has an oil so when you wash it off your body your floor/tub might be too slippery.
Try Marionnaud. Very affordable and always available in any SM Department Store & Watson.

These brushes are made from synthetic hair. Very soft indeed. It doesn't shed (yet), which I know one of many signs that the brush is good. The oldest brush I have is the Blush brush, I bought it almost 2 years ago.
Very affordable, the cheapest I have is the Eyebrow brush worth 50+php only!! How's that?! Very affordable even if its an international brand.
These brushes are not only good for beginners or non-pro but also great for makeup artist!

BUT, like what i have said, its affordable! So you can collect and have a set by purchasing it individually. 800-1000 php will give you the basic brushes you need.
Chapstick, Vaseline, EOS, etc. are perfect for everyday use.
BUT, you need to exfoliate your skin at least twice a month.
Solution for chapped lips is just honey and sugar! Yes you read it right. All you have to do is mix honey and sugar. (1:1)
Apply the mixture to your dry lips.
Gently rub it.
Leave it for 5-10 minutes.
Rinse.
Using a toothbrush, gentle brush your lips to remove excess skin.
Why Honey and Sugar?
Simply because honey has the power to moisturize and heal dry skin, and sugar helps to exfoliate the skin, it removes the top layer of the skin and reveals the new layer that is smooth and even. Thus making it an ideal solution for chapped lips.
Cheap and Easy solution for chapped lips. Try this natural remedy instead of buying branded products that consist of same ingredients but will cost you a lot.
Want to achieve this look using drugstore make-up?
I used Maybeline products to achieve this animal print eyeshadow.
For the base I used the Eyestudio in MX-4 Venice Carnival
White shimmer for the base, and I also used it to put highlight under my eyebrow.
Apply Gold shimmer to your lid and just a little above the crease line.
Next is the eyeliner, I used two kinds of liner. First is the pencil liner which is Khol in black, and Liner definer liquid eyeliner in black. Using pencil and liquid liner will give you a different texture. I like the liquid liner because it is easy to apply, it’s a pen liner, and it dries quickly.
For the print I didn’t use my pen liner because the tip is too big, you’ll end up having polka-dots eyeshadow. Instead, I used Line Express eye liner. It’s a liquid eye liner with not-so-soft tip that is very useful to achieve the print. All you have to do is draw ( ), start in the inner corner of your eye with small ( ), then as you go to the outer corner you should be drawing bigger ( ). Don’t worry if your drawing is not perfect, you don’t need to, besides real animal print is not perfectly shaped.
Then finish off your look. I used Khol Non Stop in chestnut for my eyebrows and The Falsies Volum’ Express for my lashes.
For my lips, I used MAC Ruby Woo which is not a drugstore make-up. Sorry, its my favorite red lipsticks. I know, I know I should have used Maybeline lippies. My bad.
Anyway, that’s it! Simple as that.

I've been in the USA and noticed that asking for free samples of products like cosmetics is normal. They will accommodate you, and they will willingly give you what they have.
Also, websites of popular cosmetics or beauty product also have a link where you can get free samples of their product. Isn't it great? But the worst part is, it is only available around the USA.
But yeah, we're here in the Philippines. I don't know if stores or salesladies will give you samples. I know we are to shy to ask for one, me neither! I know we are not used to it. We also might receive a stare from the salesladies.
And also, I tried to visit sites of local cosmetics. I didn't encounter a link in their websites that offers free sample product.Â
