In addition, caring for children is a humanitarian message, but standing out among competitors is the most difficult thing. Because excellence means gaining the trust of parents, and this requires a lot of effort

What is not working? The obstacles we face in addition of advertising are the processing time to obtain the appropriate license, In addition to recruitment competitions to ensure access to highly qualified educators.

How do I feel the project is coming? more confident about the project because I have a clear understanding of the big picture and the steps I need to take. This understanding has also excited me about the prospect of starting my own business. The feeling of confidence comes from knowledge and preparedness, while the excitement is driven by the anticipation of starting a new venture.

One of the most difficult things facing any businessman to make any project successful or fail is financial financing.  This matter was controlled by knowing the terms of the loan and the amount of the loan, which will allow the project to be established with complete confidence, ensuring that we will not face any financial obstacle during the project.  I found that it is possible to obtain enough money to set up the project within two days, which makes it very easy and enjoyable

What is not working? It is true that the loan is a sufficient solution to face any possible financial problem during the project, but at the same time, sharing profits with the bank in light of the high interest rate is really tiring.  In addition to advertising costs and others, it is one of the high expenses that cannot be dispensed with

What did I learn about running a business? What is working? Developing a business mindset is essential when starting my home daycare, and a reliable method to achieve this is by crafting a detailed business plan. So, I am very confident this step will make me calmer and more comfortable.

What is not working? I was concerned about the most important step which is communication. How to create professional programs for advertising and how to communicate with parents.

How do I feel the project is coming? As I mentioned in the first question, creating my business plan means I could see the big picture of my project, and this gives me more readiness and hope to start the project soon.

What did I learn about running a business? I will not be afraid to run any business because I learned how to be a leader and I knew how to analyze then find the best solutions.

What I learn about myself? I learned how to patient, accept other because one hand can’t clap.

Fortunately, the project that I will undertake is not related to a product that is put on the market, but rather is childcare business. .The child care project is related to online advertisements and their imports are monthly. As for fixed costs such as desks, furniture, and children’s toys, they will be paid monthly. As for other costs, such as the salaries of teachers and consultants, they will be made through small, long-term loans, there are many options. One solution is to pay some investors for this successful project in exchange for a known percentage.

I am responsible for overseeing the facility as the Owner. My strength and weakness

The first thing we should know before we start any project or business is understanding ourselves. We should know what we have before what we do. Business is not only budget. Business it is an ability possessed by the businessman. He must understand his weakness and strength. I n my project that I am going to start I need to know who I am I. I found many strengths and weaknesses in myself. First, I was a math teacher for thirteen years. So, I am very interested with calculation, solving problems, managing time and work hard to finish my project. Second, I lost one eye two years ago. So, that makes me stronger because I still work full time and I still study to finish my program. I never give up. Third, I have a big family” five kids”. So, I became more patient, and I have the ability to take responsibility. Finally, I like to work with others, and I prefer to make decision after getting the big picture because I take more time for analyzing everything and order it. In another hand, I have some weakness. Which is Introversion. I don’t have many friends because I am always busy. I am trying to solve this problem by having some friend and try to spend some time with them. Also, I don’t have too much time to spend with my family because I focus more on my project or any other work I have to finish. In short, it doesn’t matter how many weakness that we have the more important how to learn and make it strength.
