Nobody understands my ramblings bc i will never finish a full background going over 5000 years. You can have drops of his ocean of trauma but you will NEVER swim in this like me. I have so much i need to get out. I dont know how to organize it properly. I need to get a binder or something.

I remember seeing a theory somewhere about June being an ancient dwarf. The poster mentioned points in the lore that lead to the idea that maybe Mythal elevated June from a dwarf to an Evanuris in the same way Ghilan'nain was elevated just for her mad scientist brain. But being cut off from the fade due to the war with the titans would've been a huge blow to June as a dwarf. Another poster mentioned that Mythal attempted to give dwarves dreams as an experiment, and i choose to believe June was one of these test subjects and (maybe) the only dwarf who managed to survive. There might even be a connection between these experiments with june and the dwarven shapers connected to the titans.

This is the only reason i can think of Sorel having a hairy chest as an elf and it being even a little bit SOMEHOW still related to canon lore.

took me 45 min to do the math with the timeline of Sorel's whole life and hes fucking... 5000 years old (give or take a few hundred). Ancient elves like solas and felassan are crazy to me. Solas is probably somewhere around 8000 years old according to dragon age's canon timeline. Crazy shit. The age gap between sorel and everyone hes slept with ia crazy im losing my fucking mind i never really thought about. It.

Yearning for the irl friends i used to have that i could yap about fandom and fan fic and stuff with. Now its just my bf. Which is fine and i love him!! But i never really had other friends to talk about fandom growing up that didnt eventually grow out of it themselves. Sad and lonely but its so hard for me to make solid connections online 😪

It's not fair that dragon age confirmed lyrium was blood and thus all magic powered by lyrium is blood magic and the templars themselves are probably blood mages. And then didn't allow me to see the political and social fall out of that. But also didn't allow me to see Thedas academic reactions to that.
