Probably because of your funny accent. My American accent sucks! I sound like a dying tortoise! But I think people are getting used to it! They're just focusing on the outside, when its the inside that counts!

Open Para || Alyssa and ??

Amelia wandered the halls of the school. She didn't feel like going to class, and was feeling confident enough to skip. She didn't like skipping, but she was feeling really depressed lately, which was a bad sign because Amelia usually always liked to look at the bright side of things. It was just normal teenage stuff, at least that's what Amelia told herself. She liked skipping, though. The halls were silent, and the only thing she had to watch out for was Mrs. Norris, which she usually avoided pretty easily.

A lot of the time, she cast a silence bubble around herself so no one could hear her and sang at the top of her lungs. She didn't feel like singing today, though. She just wanted to sit in a pool of her own misery, which she didn't do often. Amelia was too positive and happy. All she ever was to someone was a pair of ears who would always listen and understand. None of her "friends" could actually sit and listen to Amelia talk for an hour like they did constantly. Amelia immediately felt ashamed for being so rude to her friends.

"Whats wrong with me anyway?" Amelia asked herself quietly. She knew it wasn't normal to be this sad, especially for her. She just hoped it would be over soon. Suddenly, she saw a figure down the hall. The hall was empty, so the person was in clear view. Which means she was too. Amelia reached in her boot for her wand and pulled it out quietly. Then she quickly ducked behind a pillar. Maybe they didn't notice me...... Amelia thought, breathing as quietly as possible.
