Dimitri was shocked by his father but more that he was getting out alive at this moment as he Kicked Jane back and his father Kicked her back into the coffin and Dimitri climbed out free with Lilith in his arm. Drenched he turned around seeing and hearing Jane it was sick and more fucked up then he could ever process seeing her most likely coming to an end in that coffin with Clayton after all that all three of them had done. He knew what she was feeling being scared to die or he thought he did then he remembered just moments ago the bitch was killing this little girl that he’d clung to for months as his only vice. Dimitri looked down at Jane alive for what would be the last time in his mind. “ You two deserve each other.” He kicked the lid to the casket shut and quickly helped his father cover it with the heavy mud and then when it was said and done his father could take it from there it started to hit him and Dimitri wasn’t sure what was right and wrong but he always done this with her and let her go and then he regretted it later. It had to end here or she would win if there was next time. “What, dad we can’t.” He started to hesitate and He cried. “ What?!” He held her close to him. “No!” but he thought about Bekka and the kids and everything this child might do to that but in the end he still couldn’t let her go. “We’re killing her mother!” Johnny slapped his senseless son and Dimitri realized he had to go and he took off back to the house with Lilith as he wept sat his head on the table trying to get it together man after how long it had been and everything that had happened and now he didn’t know what to do and wasn’t even sure if this was real as Jane laid dying and his father was out there. Dimitri looked up quickly grabbing at things trying to get out before his father came back he found his mother’s birth certificate and glanced for a moment confused he didn’t know she was born in Boston, but he quickly forgot about that because he had bigger things to worry about like undressing lilith and wrapping her in a dry blanket before shakingly jumping in the truck Jane drove them there with and driving back to quantico to find out what was left of his life.

“You kill everything you love. “ Dimitri gulps and breathes slow hoping for a miracle in the form of the ever saving Nora. While afterward the air had became thick and Dimitri started to wonder if this really was how he’d die tho he’d just hours ago been so close to being back with his family. His eyes shot open. “What was that?” A shock of hope jumped through him. “Hello? HELP I’M IN HERE WITH A BABY AND A CRAZY BITCH!” His fists beat the lid of the casket above him and he woke Lilith for her to cry. “Cry little witch cry! Daddy doesn’t want to die yet.”

“I never meant for us to turn out this way.” A single tear fell from her right eye. After a while Jane began to cough more frequently as the air had became to thick. Jane heard the noise of what sounded like a shovel scrape the soil atop of the wooden coffin. Her heart pounded using the last bit of adrenaline she felt was left in her dying body.  Water began to come in through the cracks due to the rain that had been pouring for the last several hours. The door suddenly lifted to reveal Johnny Carter, Dimitri’s Father. He looked down into the coffin seeing his son. “Shit!” He said aggravated but not surprised at how twisted this was. Johnny reached down with his hand grabbing his son trying to help him out of the deep hole. “NOOO!” Jane let out a blood curdling scream and began pulling him back in as the two were fighting over him. Johnny grunted and struggled because he was older but still tough. “Let go!” Jane said demanding. “Let go of the kid you fucking potato!” Johnny requested because Lilith was making the struggle that much more challenging. Jane clinging to Dimitri’s leg she shift fighting for Lilith knowing he wouldn’t leave her.  Johnny kicks Jane in the face violently and she fell back with a bloody nose and mouth. This allowed Johnny enough time to pull Dimitri up. “Put the kid back in there! Hurry!” Johnny pointed as the rain fell hard on them all. Jane stood up trying to climb out of the grave herself. “Baby love,” She said pitifully. “Help me! Please! Don’t leave!” She his the mud wall and gravel fell at her feet. “I’m scared! Don’t leave me!” She tried to claw out of there breaking her nails splitting them until the bled.. Johnny kicked her again to put her down again. “You’re going to be laid to rest with Clayton my son and your husband.” He chuckled evil like the Carter he is. “I’ll say the Carter’s won this war wouldn’t you?” he looked down at her with no remorse. “Please, baby love! I’m the mother of your child. I’m your wife! I love you!” She cries. “I don’t want to die without you!” Johnny pointed at Dimitri, “Get your ass to the house!” He reached for Lilith.

Dimitri was already having to try hard to keep his cool being back in rock hill he was so close he could taste it and he was sure this was the only shot he and Lilith would ever have again to get away from nowhere. When he stepped out of the truck his foot hit the ground and it rushed through him that he could just be gone from her just then but he would have to leave Lilith and he knew what her life would hold and of course Jane would come back for revenge so he took a deep breath gaining the strength to stay until he could do this right but he had to think fast but he was so close to being back home he could smell the difference in the air. “She’ll be fine.” He said looking over at Lilith and grabbing the Shovel from the back he heard the radio and came and stood at the truck door and his hands started to shake because he knew now this was it and he was either going to do 1 of three things. die, stay with Jane forever or get to come back home. and he really only wanted the last one. He knew just then that being said would start shit and he needed to move quickly but Jane was quicker Dimitri turned to grab Jane but she stabbed him and he grunt like damn. “Ah!” He still tried but he was goin down and he was going down fast but he tried and Nora was on his mind as he passed out.

When he woke it was dark and he was confused thinking surely it had all be a dream and he was still in nowhere but he was hopeful as he started remembering. “Jane?” He went to sit up and couldn’t. “What?” He turned the top of the coffin realizing he was confined but to what. “No, No.” He hit it and dirt slipped through the cracks and then it all hit him. they were buried. He then heard Lilith let out a cry and couldn’t believe the baby was in here. “Jane!” The light flipped on and he seen Clayton under them and Dimitri closed his eyes disgusted and turned away. “Jane what’s going on? why can’t we just go back? Jane our baby what about Lilith please Jane.” He touched her face trying to gain leverage. “I don’t wanna die.”

Jane smiles so calmly at him and pets his face. “Our love story.” She reminisces. “But it doesn’t end here only our vessels.” She kissed him. “Love never dies, baby love.”  She put her hand over Lilith’s mouth to hush her crying. “They would be so dissapointed in me. Taking you for myself.  Leaving them godless.”  She spoke of the Reid strange culty life. “I’ve always been so selfish with you.”  Her eyes became teary. “But don’t worry. Will run out of oxygen before they think to look here.”

“You know it can you can do anything you want here and I want him buried at the Carter house with his twin and mom where he belongs that’s all I ask I’m not a dog that needs to take a piss outside that you’ll allow Jane I thought we were partners it’s a simple thing I ask of you I gave you the child you asked of me why can’t you do this one thing for me?”

“Oh, drats! Fine, BUT we ARE coming back here at once.” She was thrilled he acknowledged them as partners. So they were on their marry way. “You know if you try to run from me what will happen. Don’t go messing up baby love.” She said and much, much later they arrived back at the old Carted home in Rock Hill. It was dark and creep like always. “Lilith seems restless.” She commented as they got out of  Eustace’s truck. It was Halloween Eve and Jane was feeling in the gut she had already made a huge mistake by coming back here. As the radio went from white noises to a zapping signal announcing breaking news. The man came through the stat-icky speaker revealing Detective Carter’s body was taken in for a second autopsy a year later at midnight at the request of Carter’s former ex  Ms. Turner. Detective Carter’s son in law will be preforming the autopsy. Jane’s eyes widened, her chest pounded harder than ever. “It’s the end of the road.” She stated in a haunting voice. “Forgive me!” She stabbed Dimitri with a syringe she had prepared in case I tried to escape her.

Jane knew she must work quickly, so she returned to the grave she had worked on previously before she knew her exact plans of heading to no where with him. A woman hard at work with a shovel by lantern light managed to dig the hole big enough for the family. “We lived quickly my love.” She said looking over at the unconscious Dimitri. Jane lowered what was left of Clayton’s skeleton into the grave before arranging Dimitri and herself into the grave and hearing the rattling of rocks and dirt pile onto the huge wooden coffin Clayton had built for himself as a young lad knowing he would probably die due to an accident evolving his    CIPD. 

Jane smiled so disgustingly happy as she felt content with Clayton be there witnessing Dimitri and herself dying with each other and the love child. So all there was to do was wait until Dimitri came to share these last breath taking moments together. Oh and big thanks to whoever was up there covering the grave.

“It has to be in rock hill.” He sat up out of her lap and against the bottom of merial’s rocking chair with Lilith.

“Oh...I don’t think that can happen baby love.” She hated to deliver the news to him. “But you can bury him here. I’ll allow it my love.”

Dimitri gasped for that good good air looking around frantically realizing what was going on as his breathing slowed down slightly and his hand quickly placed pulling Lilith in closer to his chest. “We gotta fucking bury him Jane.”He panted. “I want him out it’s all I ask. Bury him in the backyard of our house with Clinton. Promise me.” he said demanding.

Jane kicked back laughing in tears, “Ohh, you almost died and you come back to tell me to bury Clayton with Clinton? Of course you did.” She pulls Dimitri into a hug. “Okay, but we’re going to need a bigger grave, so you’ll be the one to dig it. Shovel is in the barn.”

Somehow he felt pride in the sense he had “deserved” it. He rolled up his sleeve and without knowing anything had skipped a beat he was now looking at a man that had been dead for three years and the hair on his arm stood up at his sweet smooth voice. “Clayton.” He said softly to himself. The blood startled Dimitri and it felt as if he’d be losing him again but then again it was covering Lilith and truthfully she was made through Clayton’s blood being shed because if Clayton was alive Lilith never would have been. “No, Clayton, No.” Dimitri placed his hands on Clayton’s chest but just like before there was too much blood. He looked at Clayton and Then to Lilith and back and felt ashamed. ‘I’m sorry. I’m so sorry.” He said so small and hurt but still in his mind took Lilith from him because Clayton killed everything he touched. But honestly Dimitri never got to do anything of that because he laid unconscious but speaking out of his head unable to wake because Jane overdosed him.

Lilith let out a cry the caught Jane’s attention. Her back only turned long enough to put the syringe away. “No--” She gasped seeing Dimitri unconscious. “What have I done!?” She said and pulled Lilith from the arms of her dying father and placed her on the floor as she began to work with Dimitri. “Wake up! Wake-the-hell-up!” She double smacked him. Her face red and voice high pitched. “I don’t know what to do!” She said and recalled finding bottle of narcan in his blazer when dressing Tate up i his Uncles clothes. What did she do with it tho? The scene cut to Jane running outside in the cold night to the truck parked beneath the windmill. “Come on!” She said out of breath and her old lady heart racing as she pulled on the door but the truck was locked. Jane’s eyes winced and she clinched her jaw using her elbow to break the glass unlatching the door. In pain she scrambled through the truck. 

Meanwhile Lilith crawled over to her father for the first time and sat upon his chest just watching over him. 

Injured but successful Jane arrived back inside with the spray. “Okay baby love, “ She pulled his head up holding the spray releasing. “Come on baby love, come back to me!” She cries kissing the side of his head waiting for a response.

“I think it’s about time you made me dumplings, baby love.”  her wide eyes smiled like she had one up’d him.

“Fine.” Dimitri went into the kitchen and started cooking and would look out into the living room checking on Lilith often. When he finished he brought it out to Jane. “It’s been awhile so I don’t know if I remembered everything.” He waited. “Good enough?”

Honestly it tickled a warm feeling in Jane’s heart she never had a man let alone her favorite man cook a meal for her. Jane blew to cool that first bite. “Mmm, it’s perfect...Like you.” She smiled. “I love you baby love.” Lilith looked over at her father and cries but not tears just vocally for his attention. “Seems like you’ve already got her spoiled.” She ate her food. “I wish I could take something for the pain. How about you dad? You need a fix?”

Dimitri sighed. He had completely forgotten to take care of Jane. “What would you like, Amelia?”

“I think it’s about time you made me dumplings, baby love.”  her wide eyes smiled like she had one up’d him.

“She’s a baby it’s supposed to be the other way around. You break everything you touch.” He worried for Lilith. Dimitri laughed hearing her say she wouldn’t do anything but yet she killed her own son so he didn’t trust her on the whole kid thing. “Yeah, EVENTUALLY.” Dimitri Climbed out the window and onto the roof with Lilith careful not to drop her he sat on the roof looking up at the desert nothingness around them he sighed and looked down at her. He felt more like himself than he had for a while because he had someone to look after again. “I’m so sorry.” He sighed with a whisper to his baby and kissed her forehead. “Please don’t be like her.” He almost begged. He stayed there for a good hour or so until the thought she really needed to be fed and he got back down and went back in. “She’s hungry again.”

Lilith sighed a deep breath as she rested upon his beating chest. 

Jane’s attention turned to him as he came back in. “Yeah, well so am I! You’re starving me and I’m trying to feed us both.”

Dimitri stitched Jane up quick. “Why? I’m not actually planning on ever doing anything like that with her anyway so It doesn’t matter Jane. She’s got a right to her own sexuality I’m not going to mutilate my child.” Dimitri pulled Lilith way from Jane. “Then way are you a witch?” He stood up. “She’s perfect the way she is. We don’t alter that. Now I can’t trust you with her.” Dimitri walked upstairs with Lilith.

It was painful as the thread glided through her bits. “I just want her to give you her all. Why does that make you so angry with me?” she watched him walk away from her. “No! Don’t leave me! I’m not going to do anything to her!”  Her voice echoed. “I’m going to have to feed her eventually.”

“Guess so.” Dimitri wondered where the heroin was and why Jane didn’t use it for her pain? were they out? He worried but hoped it was because she had to feed Lilith. “Jane, Touch her and I swear I will circumcise you. She’s pure as she is and she’ll stay that way I can tell she’s not a promiscuous soul. She’s kind.” He looked down at her. “Like a princess. the ones in fairy tales”

“You can’t trust her! Once she menstruates it’s over. So let me do this, please.” She reached her arms out for Lilith. “Don’t treat her like a princess. This isn’t a fairy tale.” She rolled her eyes but thought it was sweet of him to compare  their story to a fairy tale.  “And I don’t think you want to threaten your wife with circumcision if you plan to make love ever again.”

Dimitri shook his head. “I don’t wanna hear it. It’s disgusting and it’s not gonna happen you know me better than that. If they want it they’ll have to take it from me. not that I think they won’t try.” Dimitri wanted to ask Jane exactly who “They” were but it was clear she was in no shape to give him the answers he wanted. He took Lilith back and put her against him. “I stitch you up in the morning. for now it looks like you’re okay.” he removed the blood soaked towels and put a clean one back. Where else did he have to go? “I know what you mean. I’ve thought the only person that would be there when I died were the people trying to kill me.” She would know all about that. He got her some water and sat by her side until she fell asleep he would look over and check her breathing to make sure she wasn’t dead.

He looked down at Lilith who looked as tho she could look back at him. She did look like them strangely maybe the most out of all of his kids looking like a mix of both mother and father. how could she look like Jane but still have so much carter? He smiled small even if he didn’t want to. after a moment he looked around making sure he wasn’t being watched and he unbuttoned his shirt and put he to his skin. She was soft and smelt beautiful like a baby now that she was cleaned up and it was a smell and feeling Dimitri had longed to feel for sometime now after missing his boys and knowing he missed this with Atti.

Morning came-

Jane peaked open her eyes, “Hi there,” she grins. “Guess I made it through the night.” She went to sit up but was in too much pain and far to weak. “Baby love, Lilith must stay pure for you. I have to stitch her up as well as you do me.”

Dimitri wasn’t stupid he knew what she meant even if he shouldn’t have went there. “I’m flattered and it’s probably true but That’s not going to happen Jane, she’s my daughter. and Your mother was just as crazy as you if you’re telling me she started this. Why would I need to have a child with my own blood I don’t understand is it so it can look like these inbred hillbilly’s? what is going on? ”

“Because we need your blood with my blood and then your blood with my blood with your blood and then your blood mixed with your blood when Lilith has your daughter. Doesn't it make since now? It’s the C word don’t ya know by now.” She smiles. Jane looked down at Lilith, “She looks like us!” She was thrilled. “I-I need to rest.” She had lost a lot of blood but it was slowing down until she had stopped bleeding. Jane had placed Lilith on her chest. “You can take her back... Don’t leave me though...I don’t want to die alone...no one should have to die alone. The thought of that scares me more than the death part.” She pulled a blanket up over her. Jane hoped she wouldn’t die but just in case.

How could she be in the state she was in and still manage to flirt with him. He laughed. “WE ARE HERE BECAUSE OF YOU! don’t act like we’re prisoners together. I’m sick of you acting like you are the light in all of this because you aren’t you caused this and now we have a child in this terrible place. And her having a child implies that she’ll get out of here and have a normal life so what’s the plan here Jane?.”

Jane sobs, “No, you don’t understand! She’s going to stay here forever. Just like us. Because you are the lord of fertility and are to be born from your own seed.” She said and her tongue twisties like possessed. “It’s what they want! It’s what Mother wanted. You’re our leader Baby love.”

It was so hard to get Bekka to breast feed. “If I’m fat it’s your fault.” He was self conscious because he’d always been tall and thin-ish and it was how he saw himself and maybe he was chubby and had dad body from depression of being with held from his life as well as country home cooked meals. He wished it was time. “You gonna make me kill you too? well that should be easier than the last.” He sighed. At least Jane seemed to love the girls she had. “Why would you say that? She’s your child it’s not supposed to get any better than that.”

“You’re not fat, you look like alpha male now instead of a cub.” She teased him. “What are you saying you don’t like my cooking anymore?” She sorta pouts. “You’re killing me everyday. Do you honestly think I’m not going stir crazy being locked up in this house with you? I’m stuck here too and I’m sick and tired of you being the only one who’s playing Vitim here.” She laughs having a break down until she cried. “I’m talking about when the time comes and Lilith becomes a mother to her daughter.”

Dimitri wished he didn’t have to give her to Jane for her to be fed. “He squeezes his own nipple and whispers. “Damn you.” He said and handed her to Jane hesitantly and watched closely. “If it calms down. You look half gone already… Are you scared?” To die he meant and let her have at least a few moments with the child she so sinisterly fought for.

Jane took the precious Lilith into her arms holding her for the first time. She had finally had his child they were that close with one another. Jane sniffed Lilith and placed a kiss on her head before lowering her down to her breast and feeling her latch on. “She’s like you-she knows how to eat good.” She laughs sorta commenting on Dimitri’s recent weight gain.  “No, it might feel like I’m dying but I know I’m not done here yet. You’ll say when it’s time.” She looked at him. “Isn’t she perfection? it’s hard to believe they can get even better than her.”
