Pouco a pouco você vai perdendo o encanto que tem pelas pessoas. Dia após dia, você olha e olha de novo, daí começa a ver quem realmente são. Todo aquele brilho, todo aquela beleza se vai, como a água suja desce no ralo da pia, só então você percebe que o carinho na verdade era um interesse, que os segredos não passavam de embuste, e que o querer bem nunca existiu. Você se percebe apenas como uma companhia para diminuir a solidão, o mesmo tempo que serve para aumentar seu ego desmedido. É, mas a vida passa, o tempo ensina que ninguém é insubstituível. Que tudo na vida é uma questão de ângulo de visão. E hoje eu digo: quem me perde, perde o luxo e o prazer de ter na vida alguém tão ilustre e único como eu. Só digo isso.

here are some photos of the blatant, unjustified violence used by the police today in my city against a pacific protest of teachers demanding their retirement funds not be taken from them to pay for the state’s debts. the legislative assembly, which is by law accessible to everyone, has been closed in the past three days for the occasion of voting a law that would deprive those teachers of their funds. the entire police force of the  ity has been mobilized, by order of the governor, the chief authority of the legislative assembly, and the secretary of public security to isolate the place from the ‘vandals’. today’s act was inconstitutional, unjustified, and left more than 200 injuried, among them children as well.

Up to 150 teachers have been injured after police fired rubber bullets, tear gas and stun grenades into a rally in southern Brazil. The police action has been criticized as heavy handed.

edit: The article says that the police acted because some protesters, who had no connection with the striking teachers, tried to break into the house. LIE. The building is public and the citizens has all the right to attend the votes. They also tried to blame some black blocks infiltrates, but all pictures, videos and official images show that there was no black blocks there.

I had friends in this protest. A bomb exploded next to my friend and her leg is all wounded. Several other public employees protested among teachers and also were injured. The updated count says more than 200 people were treated in emergency set up in the Curitiba City Hall, but it is thought that the number is much higher, since many protesters went to private hospitals on their own.

so currently in curitiba, brazil, teachers went to the street to protest peacefully because the government wants to cut their retirement funds.

police arrived at the protest and started attacking the teachers with rubber bullets, gas bombs and waterjets. more than 150 people have been injured.

Vez ou outra devemos nos acostumar. E não falo do tipo de conformismo que você vai se destruindo por dentro, falo do aquietar os suspiros. Quando passamos muito tempo admirando aquelas paisagens que nos fizeram companhia durante o percurso, perdemos a noção de tempo de encontrar-se de novo com nós mesmos. Acabamos seguindo pelo caminho que achamos que o vento vai nos favorecer, mas que acabam rachando nossas estruturas. E por isso te digo: Não te demoras onde a única folha que a chuva não conseguiu desprender foi a sua.
