i admit there was some small matter of disappointment, at first, when i discovered that our god jams aren't kept magicallly clean. considering the number ascension does on our regular wardrobe, its something of an inconvenience.

one time Ian, our Rogue, popped onto LOSAS to tell Sean that it was of the utmost importance to the timeline that he take on The Gauntlet with his weakest hammer.he did it, taking untold damage and nearly dying a few times, but he did it. he managed to unlock one of his strongest weapons and raked in mad exp to boot. granted, he was astoundingly pissed about it when he found out Ian had no idea what he was talking about, and it kind cemented the wedge between them.

Cut to the other night, when I’m at Ian’s place. he and his brother had been drinking a fair bit, and eventually the incident came up. again, Ian had no idea what we were talking about, but damned if that didn’t give him a great idea, he said.

then he grabbed his GrandfatherGauntlet and disappeared for a few seconds, coming back laughing his proverbial ass off.

considering the social breakdown of our group, i really don’t know how to handle this little loop.

drunk time travel, much like drunk anything, is no fun from an outside perspective.

drunk science far, far less fun when the drunk scientist in question is fully assured of the party's immortality, and scales for danger accordingly.

but as an...older than norm player, i can safely assure you that an inebriated god tier is a sight to behold.

there is little in the way of  sunrises on LOPAP, or any of our lands-- so i must say i'm a bit envious! all the same, i am happy your day finds you well so far!

i am well as well (hoo!). it has been a fufilling weekend spent with friends and farming grist. good times for all.
