How exactly does this work? Do people ask you to reblog them or do you go through your followers and do it randomly? This is so sweet either way, props to you for creating something beautiful. :)

There are two of us who run this blog. And the way that we do it is 3 different ways. 

1) if we see a face picture on our dash it's likely that we'll reblog it and add a compliment 

2) we search the face and me and myself tags periodically for pictures to reblog

3) sometimes people submit pictures to us to comment on and post
