Ok so you know how in my last post I said that me and a friend were going to go out with him to go get boba and that’d be the first time we see each other outside of work???

Get this: we were talking about places we wanted to work before we got this job (we work at sonic lmao) and we found out that both of us really had a thing for cafés. He asks me if I want to go get coffee and I ask “But <our mutual friend> can’t come, she’s gonna be out of town” and he’s like “Yeah that’s fine” ???? home girl is shook rn, apparently i’m going on a one on one coffee date w this guy

I don’t know if this is weird or not, but I totes read Mulan as a trans woman! I tend to read all “women who pretend to be men” stories as very similar to my experience. In contrast, I’ve never imagined that a character presented to the audience as male was actually a trans woman.
