Between the insane marathon training schedule, his restrictive diet slash eating disorder, and his truly unhealthy work schedule, he feels completely disconnected from himself and his own desires. success!!

so it's pretty fucking INCONVENIENT when the fantasies start. on some level he knows he's down bad for John, but really, it's a bit humiliating when he wakes up from a wet dream like he's thirteen again for the second time that week (it's a tuesday). Gale had a pretty prolific grindr hookup phase right around the time Bucky started dating Curt, so he knows his preferences. he knows he's a bit of a size queen. and he ALSO KNOWS (i.e. can't stop thinking about the fact) that John's absolutely packing.

so the sex dreams are a bit embarrassing, but Gale consoles himself by reminding himself he can't really control those. what he SHOULD be able to control are the fantasies that keep taking over his waking hours and interrupting prime billing time. he fantasizes about being held down and taken apart. he fantasizes about being so overstimulated his brain just ... shuts down. he doesn't want to think anymore. he just wants to give the reins over to John, who he knows he can trust completely. he's terrified about receiving pleasure, about being in his body and letting physical sensations guide him, which means he craves it more than anything.

oh yeah and he also wants to get fucked in the barrister's robes but he knows that would be like getting fucked in a very sweaty polyester tent so it takes a backseat to getting bent over a desk and being fucked in a three-piece suit with john grabbing hold of his tie and using it to choke him, just a bit.
