Drawings of the people and places of the New York City subway system over the last six years. Drawn on my daily rides, primarily between Brooklyn and Manhattan, I aimed to capture the special contrast of characters and personalities unique to the this massive amalgamation of trains, stations, tunnels and people.

The long #Ntrain ride back from Coney 8.22.14. Initially a nice juxtaposition of two young women replaced by sour pussed woman with evil cat blouse. And along came a silver haired paper reader - a great subject until I think my #drawing spooked him and he broke out down the car...
