Tried tape for the first time today! I think I did it completely wrong, but imma try again tomorrow. I also kinda just ripped most of it off cuz it came off easily, but some parts I had to soak in oil (idk if that’s actually how u get them off but it worked)

To me, a fucked up sleep schedule is falling asleep sometime after 1 am and then waking up at quarter to 5 am and not being able to fall back asleep

I have ADHD, and I usually don’t take my medication because the side effects are really annoying, but today I took them and illustrated how my brain feels throughout the day
The first one is without any medication: my mind is normally full of thoughts, with no straight line of thought, everything feels important and I have trouble focusing (this is represented by saturated colors and different shapes)
The second one is about 15-20 minutes after taking my medication: this is when my thoughts start to line up more, there’s still a lot going on, but everything is starting to calm down (hence the more muted colors and less random lines)
The third is when the medication really hits: at this point I become hyper aware of my surroundings (hence the “it’s hot”) and I begin to hyper focus on things (especially details) I also begin to repeat phrases due to excitement
The last is when my meditation’s effect evens out: I focus on one task at a time and feel like I understand concepts, I can focus and structurally plan how to execute tasks (this is represented by the clear skies, and the straight line of thought) I also develop a more positive mindset at this stage
