Maybe it’s time to let go. Some things are already broken and unfixable. It’s never easy to accept the truth. But holding on really does more damage

You might be reading this and thinking, why does my brain create so many negatives stories about my life experience?

The answer is: The brain sees uncertainty as a danger or a threat. So a "negative" story feels more safe to the brain.
