i draw things (mostly fandom) and play games and read(and maybe write!!) fanfiction :]

i have many names and faces. that is, i keep changing my usernames and sona designs and watermarks and accounts? fortunately im not a huge influencer so nobody cares. okay maybe a couple people care so here i am making this post

absolutely loved this fic a while back and with the new chapter coming out the other day i knew i had to draw something :] i have more scenes i wanna draw from it, but we'll see how that goes!

i had a lot of fun drawing this one!! here are some doodles from the brainstorming process :]

really wanted Jon to be still readable as Jon, i hope i'll get to do another drawing of him where his features are more clearly visible,, old people are fun to draw!
also i know he probably wasn't wearing his cat sweater yet in that scene but i really wanted to draw it ^^
there isn't much to show for Martin since i imagined him just looking the way he normally does, though i did this doodle of him:

just,, the thought of him being this epic wizard guy while wearing sweats and funny cow sweaters,,, made me giggle X)
Tim was the hardest to figure out, while i assumed he looked sort of like Calcifer, i also wanted to give him a more humanoid design just for fun? i ended up somehow yassifying a fire blob xD
this was my process:

i really liked when his "hair" tuned out to look sorta like horns, so i kept it even though it wasn't described as such,,

i also spent a lot of time trying to figure out the layout of the lighthouse cuz i'm really bad at interior design and generally imagining things in my head,, here's an artistic rendition:
i ended up making my friend help me figure it out, tbh they did most of the work on that x) i had to add more stuff like shelves and figure out where to put the cot since their design didn't account for that. this was their final design if you're curious:
(btw op if you have a specific layout in mind, or some inspirations, and don't mind sharing, please let me know! especially what the pantry looks like cuz i forgot to tell my friend it was there at first and it drove them up the wall X) i would love to draw more art of the lighthouse and if i could make it more accurate to your vision, it would be very cool :D no pressure though!! )
that's pretty much it for now! i've been writing this post for a while now so i forgot if i had anything else to say X)
also i'm new to writing image descriptions! i asked my friend to help with some of them but they're probably still not perfect! any feedback or tips would be appreciated :D i've seen mixed opinions on whether it's better to use alt text or plain text id, so i tried adding both with different level of detail. let me know if i should be doing something else!

i liked the first one but i felt like the piano would fit more with its dedicated track and not dark sanctuary (plus pianos are hard to draw accurately)
also this might be my first deltarune fanart outside of spamtenna hdjgdf?? and that's because i literally wasn't in the fandom proper up until a few weeks ago when i finally watched a full playthrough x) i have no idea why it took me so long,, funnily enough i also finished undertale for the first time recently, and despite being chronically online and having friends with massive fixations on it back when it first came out, im surprised i still didn't know the exact ending (i played neutral + true pacifist).

this is the Lesterling. it lives on a tiny remote island
and has never interacted with another person, except for my friend at its 0th birthday party. it's only ever eaten a single glue stick (and liked it). it's based on this doodle i drew a couple months ago while sleep deprived:

as of today it also lives in a hamster cage:

i know it's sorta canon that there isn't such a universe but this version is just as painful :')

ramble & alt versions under cut
i started drawing something for this fic back in november but never finished it (the composition was kinda ehh and i couldn't decide on an art style) and now after rereading it i got struck with a Vision anddd this happened. this is basically the same moment i was gonna originally draw as well!
alt versions bc i couldn't decide on the exact effect i was going for, only that i wanted to use the vending machine as a frame
(last one is only here bc i like how the colors in the background turned out fhdfghdf) (tbh the entire thing is just me playing around with colors)
