🌸 Our festival run has come to an end! We're honored to have gotten laurels from these amazing festivals and are excited to announce that we will be publicly releasing our film on February 1st! We can't wait to share our film, so much love and hard work was poured into it; we're grateful to have that recognized by these festivals. 🌸

🌸 GREAT NEWS: NOT ONLY ARE WE AT 100% FUNDED, WE'RE AT 110%! 🌸

$3,081 out of our $2,800 goal, to be exact!

Yisel here, creator and co-director of ATMT, letting you all know that we are so honored by this overwhelming support of this story we're excited to tell. It's extremely close to my heart and nothing is driving us closer to finishing this film than this amazing show of support, so from us to you, thank you!

This is momentous for queer Latine indie animation; by supporting us, you're guaranteeing a place for our stories to be told without the need to go through studio execs to get things done. This is all done by a hard-working core team and a ragtag group of volunteers, so cheering us on is exactly what we need to get this film into film festivals everywhere!

We don't have smaller stretch goals in mind, but there are 9 days left in the campaign, so if you still want to share our campaign, we have 2 stretch goals:

🌸 $4,000 - Official ATMT T-Shirt!

This would be for Myrtle Tiers and above. I absolutely love graphic tees, they're my ultimate merch design, and because we're already guaranteeing you all the merch you'll get should you support us now, wouldn't it be cool to get a magical catholic lesbian t-shirt out of it, too?

This is also what I personally believe to be our most realistic goal to gain in the final days of our campaign, so I'm excited to see you all turn up for us if you're so inclined. We'll also make the shirt an add-on for ANY tier so you can all rep this queer indie film with pride! 💕

🌸 $6,000 - Offical Physical Art Book

This one would also be available for our higher tiers, possibly an add-on if we reach this goal! We were already planning on making a digital art book, but with you help, we could get you an archive of all the amazing artwork that went into creating this short film, from start to finish!

We're tabling at SHMcon today, but if you've been following us for the last couple of days, I'm sure you've noticed we've gotten a LOT done for this film so far. That's because we've been working on this film for almost SEVEN MONTHS now!! You can see a lot more of our progress and even check out our Kickstarter trailer, but we're fundraising to get this film into film festivals everywhere, pay our composer, and to get you all some amazing official goodies should you support us!! 🌸 HI EVERYONE!! 🌸 Check out our amazing character designs by the lovely Netanya Carmona!

Our first main character, Camellia, is a reverend's daughter who is kind, reliable, and determined to get her congregation and Father to change their superstitions about magic.

Our second main character, Myrtle, is a magical dryad from the woods that surround Camellia's church! She is sweet, a little naive, and bubbly in nature with amazing plant powers to boot.
