Great week of speed walking and training on vacation. Completed over 50 miles and getting closer to monthly record of 201 miles. Also completed a personal daily record of 21.6 miles. GREAT VACATION!!!
AM and PM workouts today. 9 miles, 280 sit-ups and 1 hour 20 minutes on the weights. Today was chest day.
Another good gym day with am and pm workouts on back-to-back days. Currently at 113 of 203 miles, 1,520 of 3,000 sit-ups, and 8 hours on the weights. All monthly goals. THINK BIG
PM workout included another 4+ miles both in the gym and outside and a serious 90 minutes on the courts. Despite the heat, I feel like I’m returning to mu old game. Here’s to Wimbledon 2019. That 5-energy drink really helped
Hit 20,000 sit-ups for 2019 this am. Early morning biceps workout and 3.4 miles. Evening tennis planned
Another 12.2 miles today. Now up to 87 for the month.
In Atlanta. Not the best pedestrian friendly town, but great gym. Nonetheless, I got 4.2 miles in today in the heat and humidity
Still advancing towards my personal 203 mile goal for July with another 5.7 miles today. Now at 61.6 miles. Also 120 sit-ups. No weight lifting because of lack of time - another travel day.
Fourth day of double digit miles (10.2) for a total of nearly 56 miles for the month. Still aiming for 203 miles in July. Only 80 sit-ups and no weight time today
Third day of double digit miles 10.1. Also 60 minutes of bicep/tricep training and 160 sit-ups.
OVERCHARGED with energy. After a 3-mile walk, went to the gym for 5 solid hours. Completed another 7.3 miles (10.3) for the day, 400 sit-ups, and 1.5 hours on chest today.
Happy Independence Day— good speed walking day covering nearly 12 miles and only 80 sit-ups.
Pre 4th Workout- AM and PM. Total fitness 6.5 miles, 240 sit-ups, and 1 hour on weight Today was chest day
A.M. and P.M. workouts. All totaled 5 miles, 200 sit-ups, and one hour and forty minutes on weights. Today, I worked on shoulders and legs.
End of month. June totals: 103 miles, 21 hours on weights, 50 - 60 at gym, and 2,770 sit-ups. Also went back to Whey and gained 6 pounds. Dedicating this post to Rage
Accomplished my monthly 100 mile goal today — one day early with nearly 11 miles today. Also 200 sit-ups and one hour on the weights.
A pm walking tour of Salt Lake City including a lighted Mormon Temple. All totaled 7 miles.
