Beauty and the Beast is one of my favourite Disney movies of all time. It is a great story, with great characters and great music. It was also the first Disney movie I ever saw in theatres. 

Part of what makes this movie so amazing is the music. The movie is set up from the very beginning with a great prologue. The Monologue is great, voiced by David Ogden Stiers, with a great orchestral arrangement behind it by Alan Menken.  

I want to highlight the music and voice talents of the recording, but the animation is wonderful with it too. (Click here to see the film version.)
