Lord Arandael,
Itâs been a little bit since Iâve heard much from you. I know that you were quite busy earlier in the week, and I can understand why. I know that you are likely caught up in all of this, and while I donât quite know or understand what the implications of it are for people such as yourself and Lord Sunrunner, I worry.
Twice this week Iâve been approached on the subject of enlistment. One was when I was with Barenai, and we were asked if we would consider becoming formal wolf riders of the Horde. The other time was a man in armor with a red and gold tabard, claiming to represent the interests of the Regent-Lord. I was told that I could refuse to enlist, of course, but that I would likely be conscripted before the month is out. I told him where to go. He didnât seem to like that, and called me a âcheeky cuntâ in retaliation. The audacity of some people continues to surprise me.
On that note though, I think Iâve beat around the bush enough. Are you going to war?
Sincerely,
Ampyria
@arandael
Ampyria,
Iâm sorry about the length of time itâs been since our last correspondence. Needless to say, matters have become extremely hectic and the days have blurred together in a myriad of hell.
We need to talk, though. Let us meet?
I am available this evening and beg you to make time to see me.
Sincerely,
ArandaelÂ
Arandael,
Name a time and a place and Iâll be there. If youâd like. Iâll bring my cards, you bring the ale.
Sincerely,
Ampyria
