Hello everyone!
Below is an update we originally made back on November 27th to show that we donated the Amrâlimê money to the charity. However, we had to put the info in our drafts since we had to further blur out mod Ewebean’s personal information because it was still readable on the post at the time. Our mods were all busy at the time with school and work so we had to wait to edit and post the information again. But now that the info has been edited here is the proof of donation! Thank you for your patience!

UPDATE (November 27, 2015)
We’re SO sorry we’ve been late on providing receipts and proof guys! It’s been insanely busy for all three mods, and yes Ewe did get the money on time she was slammed with work and gallery Student Show work etc.
But we did it!
We have donated the $2,441.60 to edenprojects! Give a round of applause! *ROARING CHEERS*
So let us post some receipts and details before we break down the results of this project.

Eden required someone’s name, address, email and phone number. To protect Ewe’s information, we had to censor this part, we assure you she is human.

For this part Ewe had to put in her credit card number information, understandably, she had us censor this too.
We processed the donation and...
the donation was sent! We know, we thought it was little fanfare too. You can hardly see the green box that confirms that they got it.

Now for the results!
So for donating $2,441.60 according to this information on the project’s home:
For every 10¢, a tree is planted. So if we divide Amrâlimê’s earnings with 0.10:
2441.60 ÷ 0.10 = 24,416 trees planted!
Thanks to the support of you guys, we have made enough trees to make, not just a couple trees, but forests and forests of trees. Not only will this restore healthy green areas to Haiti, it will promote jobs, work hours for the locals, create ecosystems and habitats for species that really needed our help.
This project was such a pleasure to moderate, and it aches very much in our hearts to say goodbye to it. But it could not have been successful without the aid of you, the donators that helped make this project a reality.

We’ve made an incredible and astounding $2,441.60 and sold 627 copies on this project. Now that is a lot of trees and we’re certain that’s going to be a forest and it’s all thanks to you guys.
We finally, finally got our revenue payment from Lulu (the publisher we used for the printing of our book) tonight! We just wanted to let you know why it’s taken a bit to receive this, Lulu takes about a month from the date we closed the project (in this case, September 30th) and we just received it this afternoon (October 30th)

We make approximately $3.88 each copy (it depends on the currency the buyer used to purchase their copy) Lulu receives the $20.15 to print and ship the books to everyone:
We have not donated the money to Eden Projects yet because they cannot take PayPal payments but only Visa and Mastercards credit.
So here is proof ewebean has transferred the $2,441.60 to her bank account:
It will take approximately 3 to 4 days to transfer and then we will update this post on screenshots and receipts of the donation.
As this is our first time doing a proof-of-purchase post, please let us know if there is anything else you would like to see or find lacking. We want to make sure that this is hard-copy proof of the money going into Eden Projects and we’re more than happy to do anything we can to make sure you all receive the information.

However, September is nearing its end and this means that Amralime will be unavailable by night of September 30th at midnight (Eastern/NewYork time) for good.

Hello Everyone! We'd first like to thank everyone who has purchased the Amralime Fanbook! Thank you so much for your support and we're so pleased to see so many enjoying all the wonderful work our artists made for this project. Now onto the update: We decided to give an extension for the books availability to be throughout the rest of September instead of ending it tomorrow. We apologize for the late notice! Our mods have different job and class schedules so it's been hard to catch each other for discussions. Hopefully this helps those who wanted to make a purchase but weren't sure if they could do it this week or earlier. Amrâlimê: The Hobbit Fanart Anthology is COMPLETED!
We’ve already finished uploading it and the mods have ordered a proof.
As much as we would want to go ahead and open purchases for you all, we wanted make sure the physical copy is printed correctly.
Book printing may take a week at most and 2-7 days additional shipping.
When we receive the proofs we will take photos of the book and make an official post with a link so you may purchase your copy!
We’ll make sure provide proof of checks and proceeds for the donation by the end of the selling period.
We’re excited as well! Everyone’s work turned out so great we really appreciate the hard work and love every artist put in their work to make this book wonderful.
Mods will be having another meeting soon so the book can be out by sometime next week. When we meet we’ll be able to update you all on the day it’ll be released.
We apologize for the lack of updates! Mods ewebean and motherofbees were away having an artist table at a con recently and have been busy with different schedules since they got back.
We just wanted to let you guys know that we have all the pages for the book already organized. So right now we’re just working on editing and decorating the book, and double checking everything so it’s nice before we have it available.
So rest assured that the book will definitely be available in July and no later!
As we have said before the book will be available only on Lulu so we cannot take pre-orders. Lulu will be printing and shipping the books.
