Cacao raw caramel crunch slice 💜Ingredients 🍫CHOCOLATE 3/4 c raw cacao powder 1 c coconut oil - melted 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 c sugar free maple syrup 1/3cup milk (almond,coconut) Sweetener to taste 1/2c pepitas, 1/2c puffed cereal +/- 1/4 c nuts of choice (omit if you want it to be but free)
💜** if you want it to have a stronger chocolate taste add some unsweetened cocoa**
🍯CARAMEL 3/4c pitted medjool dates 1/2c unsweetened almond milk 1/4 c sugar free maple syrup 3tbsp almond butter 2-3tbsp natural sweetener 2tbsp coconut oil 1/2tsp salt
👉Method 💜Place the dates in a bowl filled with boiling water for 20minutes and set aside. 💜 Mix the chocolate ingredients in a bowl and then fold in the pepitas, puffed cereal and nuts. Using an 8x4” loaf lined with cling wrap, pour the chocolate mixture evenly in the tray and place in the freezer for 10-15 minutes (or until its hardened) 💜In a food processor (or magic bullet) blend the caramel ingredients until smooth. 💜 Pour the caramel mixture over the chocolate and replace back into the freezer for 1hour. 💜 I made a little more of the chocolate mix for the top of the slice. 💜leave in freezer overnight, mine was difficult to cut but about 10-15 minutes after the being out of the freezer I was able to break it into sections 😆😆 so no nice square slices but it’s SO GOOD it doesn’t matter 🙌
Nutella cheesecake 🍰 👉ingredients 💥Crust 3tbsp hazelnut meal 1tbsp vanilla protein powder 1 tbsp shredded coconut 2tbsp unsweetened apple sauce 1/4tsp cinnamon
💥Filling 1/4c cottage cheese 1/4c chobani Greek yogurt 2tbsp choc hazelnut spread I use my home made version which I posted a few weeks ago on my ig (Or Nutella) 1tbsp chocolate protein powder 1-2tbsp natural sweetener Additional- 1tbsp sugar free fat free cheesecake jello
💥Topping 1 Ferraro Rocher (this was a cake made for a birthday so u add this as a treat- can omit)
👉Instructions 💜Mix the crust ingredients in a bowl and the press into a personal size spring formed baking tin with baking paper
💜 Preheat oven at 175C and bake the crust for 10mins, once it’s cooked let it cool for 10mins
💜In a food processor mix the filling ingredients then pour it over the crust.
💜Decrease the oven temperature to 160 and bake for a further 25-30mins. I left the cheesecake in the tin to cool and then put it in the fridge for 2-3hours
Raw protein coconut brownie bites 👉INGREDIENTS:
🍫 choc brownies 2 c almonds (with no skin) 2 1/2 c pitted dates 3/4 c raw cacao powder 1/2c chocolate protein powder 3/4c almond milk 1/4c coconut oil melted 1 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp salt
🍥Topping
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted 2tbsp desiccated coconut 2 tbsp sweetener
👉METHOD:
🎀 Line a 8x8” square baking to with baking paper.
🎀 In a food processor add the almond, protein powder, salt and cinnamon and pulse until fine. Add the cacao powder, almond and coconut oil pulse for 10 seconds. Add the pitted dates in 1/2c batches. And pulses until combined.
🎀Press the mixture into the pan. Place the brownies in the fridge until set or in the freezer for about 2-3 hours.
🎀Line a baking tray with baking paper. Cut the brownie into 20 slices and then roll up into balls and place on the tray lined with baking paper and put back into the freezer for 10-15mins
🎀Mix the topping ingredients in a small bowl. Using a spoon pour the topping over the brownies.
🎀I also used some sprinkles on top of mine (feel free to leave them out if they do not fit your current health and fitness goals) or you could use slivered almonds
💕Store in freezer
Protein PB cups 👉Ingredients 💜Chocolate 2-3 tbsp cacao powder (or cocoa) 1/3c coconut butter melted 2tbsp natvia 1/3c maple syrup 💜2tbsp natural peanut butter
👉Protein powder version For the chocolate you can use chocolate protein powder Mix 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder with 2-3tbsp of water (or almond milk)
👉Instructions 💜 mix the chocolate ingredients into a bowl and then pour it into 2 silicon muffin molds place into the freezer for approximately 10mins 💜 Remove from the freezer and spread the peanut butter evenly in each mould then freeze for another 15-20 mins 💜Store them in the freezer
Make 2 normal sized or 4 mini cups (If you want to add chocolate on top double the amount of chocolate made in the beginning)
Cauli pizza 👉Ingredients 1c shredded cauliflower (I blitz mine in a food processor until it’s rice like) 1tbsp spelt flour (or any flour you like) 2 egg whites 1/4c cheese (I use livefree Kraft cheese) 1/4tbsp garlic powder 1/2tsp Italian herbs 1/4tbsp smoked paprika Salt and pepper to taste
Additional - 1/2-1tbsp extra virgin olive oil
👉Instruction 💜Preheat oven to 220C 💜 microwave the cauliflower for 4-5 minutes, let it cool for 5 mins and then place it in a strainer and press down with the back of a spoon to squeeze out any excess water. 💜Mix all the ingredients in a bowl 💜Line a circular cake baking pan (approx 30cm) with baking paper 💜Evenly spread the mixture onto the tin 💜Cook for-10-15mins or until the top starts to brown. 💜 Remove from oven add your topping and grill for 5-10mins
My topping was homemade pizza sauce, salmon, some veggies and livefree Kraft cheese.
Strawberry profroyo
👉Ingredients 2/3c Greek yogurt 1c unsweetened almond milk 1/2-1 scoop vanilla protein powder 1-2tsp natvia (natural sweetener) 1/2tsp vanilla extract 1tsp xanthan gum (this is a gluten free thickener I get mine from iherb.com my discount code is TQT398🙌) you can also use chia seeds 1tbsp coconut butter 1 c chopped strawberry
Additional 2tbsp strawberry vitarium mix in dry mix (sugar free)
👉Method 💜 Blend ingredients together for 2-3 minutes on high. 💜either put it in an ice cream maker as per instructions or place in the freezer in an appropriate container for approx 1-2hrs and mix with a fork every 20-30mins. 💜 eat once it’s at your desired consistency
Superfood White Chocolate 💕Ingredients: 1 cup melted raw cacao butter (about 8 oz.) 1 cup raw cashews 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract 3/4 c raw agave nectar (or natural sweetener) 3 tbsp @BlendCo Superfood Skin Mix
Additional (not raw ingredients) 2tbsp freeze dried strawberries (by Crunchies I bought my from iherb.com- my discount code is TQT398) 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (can omit to make raw or use a vegan protein powder to make vegan)
💕Method:
🍃Line a 8x8” loaf tin with baking paper 🍃Melt the cacao butter in a metal bowl over a boiling saucepan of water, stir until all of the solids have dissolved. 🍃While the cacao butter is melting, blend the raw cashews until they are finely ground. 🍃Add in the protein powder, vanilla extract and maple syrup, and blend 🍃Once the cacao butter has melted, pour it into the blender and blend again until completely smooth. 🍃place the superfoods mix and freeze dried strawberry evenly across the baking paper and then pour the “white chocolate” into the tin. 🍃Place in freezer until hard (20-30mins)
Serves 16-20 Store in fridge
Strawberry and coconut Protein Cake 👉 Ingredients 1 c oats 2medium overly ripe bananas 4egg whites 1/2 c vanilla protein powder 1 small tub plain chobani Greek yogurt (170g) 1/2 c sliced strawberry 3tbsp shredded coconut 2tsp natural sweetener (or to taste)
Method
💜Preheat oven to 175C and line a 10” round springform pan with baking paper.
💜Blend all the ingredients (make sure the liquids are in the bottom of the blender)
💜Pour the batter into the tin. Slice the strawberries and place on top of the batter.
💜Bake for 25-30 mins (depends on your oven), then leave in tin for 5 minutes to rest before cooling on a wire cooling rack.
Serves 10
Blueberry & Banana Nice-Cream
💕Ingredients 3 large frozen bananas 1 cup frozen blueberries 1/2 c unsweetened almond milk 3tbsp of @Blendo_co Superfood Skin Mix
💕Additional 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
💕Method 🍃Blend all ingredients in the blender, except the superfood mix, until smooth- you may need to mix it a few times. The fold in the superfood mix.
🍃 Place in freezer for 1-2 hours (mix occasionally with a fork) or until desired consistency is achieved.
Choc chip banana bread Chickpea blondies recipe 👉Ingredients 1 can (400g) chickpea rinsed and drained 1/2 c vanilla protein powder 2-3 overly ripe bananas 1/3c maple syrup (or agave) 2 eggs 2tsp vanilla extract 2tsp ground cinnamon 1/4tsp baking powder 1/2tsp salt 1/4c natural sweetener 1 brownie quest bar cut up or 1/2c vegan choc chips/cacao nibs - I used my own cacao protein chocolate recipe :) which can be found on my ig and tumblr.
👉Instructions 💜Preheat oven to 175C, I used an 8x8 cooking tin and lined it with baking paper. 💜I mixed all the ingredients (except the choc chips) in a food processor and then folded in the choc chips. 💜Then spread the mix evenly over the tin and top with a few more choc chips. 💜Cook for 25-30 (depending on your oven) I cook mine until a tooth pick comes out clean. For a denser Blondie add 1/2 c nut butter

Cacao & coconut chocolate 💜Ingredients 60g cacao nibs 1/3c coconut oil 2tbsp of natvia (increase/decrease amount to suit your taste) 1/4 tsp vanilla extract 2tbsp maple syrup 1/3cup milk (almond,coconut any you like)
💜** if you want it to have a stronger chocolate taste add some unsweetened cocoa** Additional 1scoop chocolate protein powder
💜 I put all the ingredients into a small metal bowl then placed it over a small saucepan that had boiling water in it. Stir every so often (mine didn’t go smooth I think I need to crush the nibs a little smaller?!?) -mix in protein powder here 💜Then I put some shredded coconut over some baking paper and poured the chocolate mix over (be careful the bowl will be extremely HOT) Then I let it cool and popped it in the freezer. I left mine over night so I’m not sure of the actual time it took to set.
Healthy chicken nuggets
👉ingredients 500g chicken breast (sliced into small “nuggets”) 4tbsp (85g) wheat germ - I buy mine from iherb.com discount code TQT398💥 2tbsp Parmesan cheese 3 egg whites 3tbsp mixed herbs and spices 1tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp salt 1tsp pepper
👉Method 🍃 Preheat the to 200C and line a baking tray with baking paper. 🍃Place the egg whites in a bowl and then dip the chicken pieces in, coating each one. 🍃place the remaining dry ingredients in a separate bowl and mix it thoroughly. 🍃Coat each chicken piece with dry ingredients and place on the baking paper. 🍃bake for 15mins and the flip each nugget. Increase the heat to 220C and bake for a further 10mins

Vegan “Magnum Ego” 👉ingredients 🍌 1 banana (Peel, cut in half and pre freeze the night before)
🍯Caramel 3/4c pitted medjool dates (deseeded and soak in boiling water for 20mins 1/2c unsweetened almond milk 1/4 c sugar free maple syrup (or agave) 3tbsp almond butter 2-3tbsp natural sweetener 💗 I use @natvianaturalsweetener #natvia💗 2tbsp coconut oil 1/2tsp salt Additional 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

👉Instructions 🍃Remove the seeds from the dates and place in a bowl full of boiling water for 20 minutes. 🍃Once the dates have softened drain the water and place them in a food processor and pulse for 20seconds then add the remaining caramel ingredients into the food processor. Pulse until smooth. And place aside. 🍃Mix the chocolate ingredients in a bowl and then dip the prefrozen bananas into the chocolate. Place in freezer on baking paper for 10mins. 🍃Remove from the freezer and spread the caramel over the top of the chocolate.
