my problem with the bilal x jo ship is that jo has never showed any type of attraction towards bilal and still hasn’t, not even after today’s clip imo, what i saw was jo who was hanging out with one of her best friends. while bilal is into jo, i just don’t see it being reciprocated. ofcourse, it will probably still happen, but that is kind of my main annoyance with the ship

a list of reasons why i don’t want jolal to happen: 

1. redouane

redouane is literally so precious, but he’d literally be the only one of the group not dating someone else in the group. everyone else is dating everyone else in the group except for him. yeah i know he can date someone outside of the group BUT STILL. it’s weird and i don’t stan it, redouane deserves better

2. the potential for bilal to have a male love interest

the amount of times bilal screams how many girls he gets and how CIS-STRAIGHT he is just fuels this fire even more to me. bilal with a male love interest would be iconic, especially after a het-couple season

3. jo’s dis-interest

sorry but if you’ve paid attention to the last season and the start of this one, you can see how jo dismisses all of his flirt attempts and is clearly un-interested and i’m pretty sure she sees him as a really good friend or even a brother type of friend, yeah i know her feelings can “change” but i’m not here for it besties

4. jo belongs with anaïs, bilal with mathéo
