I can't believe I'm at the stage of obsession where I'm having dreams about this ship again-

I had a dream that Ryan was on camera shoving something in his mouth and Shane was absolutely enamored by it. Like the guy totally deepthroated something and Shane got what could only be described as googoo eyes over it.

Shane doesn't care for fireworks, but Ryan loves them.

This year, Ryan convinces Shane to go out to see a display.

He brings two lawn chairs, setting them up in a space relatively distant from all the other attendees.

As the show starts, Shane finds his gaze drifting to Ryan.

He's beautiful. Lit up by every color of the rainbow, sparkles reflecting in his eyes.

Ryan meets his eyes and smiles.

"Enjoying the show?"

Shane kisses him.

It takes Ryan by surprise, but he melts into it regardless.

Shane starts to see the appeal of fireworks.

I'm in love with the way Shane looks over his shoulder at Ryan here. That smile kills me.

Alternate ending to Heaven's Fallen where Ryan doesn't get the nerve to warn Shane

It's Monday, 8am, and the power in the apartment goes out.

Ryan's heart beats a million miles a minute as Shane blames the heat wave, complaining about the outdated power grid.

Suddenly, that same spinning top feeling hits him and he's in the Great Hall before Michael and Gabriel. Shane is next to him, though now bound down with iron chains.

Where everyone else's wings are on display, Shane's are charred remains of bones.

He looks around, confused. Then realization dawns on him as he sees Ryan and his glorious wings behind him.

"... Were you ever going to tell me?" he asks, barely above a whisper.

Ryan shakes his head.

Shane doesn't cry. He doesn't fight or scream or show any emotion at all. Instead, he nods, resigned, and faces Michael and Gabriel.

The judgment takes all of two minutes. Shane is sent to Hell, forced to relive the horrors of his Fall all over again, though this time landing in a circle of Hell to be tortured for eternity.

Michael and Gabriel turn to Ryan after. Of course, he gets his freedom. But what he didn't know was that freedom was being stripped of his wings and exiled to a life of mortality on Earth.

In the end, Ryan is alone. The connection between him and Shane has been severed, his Grace has been revoked.

He's never known such isolation.

Ryan wolfing out to protect Shane from some perceived evil, despite knowing that Shane can take care of himself.

so in the new MF episode we get Ryan saying he'd be inconsolable if Shane died and crying over his body (saying he'd be laying on top of Shane crying)

side note: +1 to the tally of Ryan talking about Shane's death on camera

then Shane saying if Ryan was laying on top of him he'd notice Shane's ass right away (okay. sure.)

and then the two of them arguing over the size of Shane's ass including Ryan saying "we both know" so confidently? OKAY. WHATEVER.

followed by Shane showing off his ass and grabbing it himself to prove he has any cake
