i just think that the enormity of kris’s love for noelle is so clearly implied by all the ways they try to hide it from us. they’ll think around her and shut down the moment they start to think about Her. the whole existence of the sword route in chapter 3 which otherwise has no relevance to the weird route and hardly mentions noelle at all, the way they look at everything in her room and can’t help but let bits of what she has meant and still means to them slip out in every observation they make. the way that the normal and weird route lake scenes are these fascinating inversions of each other. in kris’s mind, loving noelle is the worst thing that has ever happened to her. to love her is to defile her, drag her down with them, to destroy her. they believe this in both routes and this is crucial to understanding kris and noelle and deltarune the game but thats just #myjarona

I got a comment on a fic that is less than a year old and it was mostly an apology for being a comment on an "old fic" and how late they were in commenting.
