dark cottagecore but make it fantasy novel
Just needed to vent a bit.
I wish somebody could take some of my duties for like one week, one week without this much overload.
I like having responsibilities, things to do, having people count on me.
But this time it feels like I am drowning
And nobody's going down with me.
I feel the power
It's trapped inside
Boiling in my veins
Waiting for me
To find it
“he is half my soul, as the poets say”
- m. miller, the song of achilles
Grief.
I am addressing here the denial of grief, when you drown in your own sadness enough to judge how the loss should affected other persons concerned by it.
You can't make someone's else grief invalid because you THINK it was harder on YOU.
You can't force anybody to encapsulate an ocean of emotions because they shouldn't feel it that much.
"If I was able to gather my grief, I'll put it in a bag and throw it in the ocean. But every time it slips through my fingers, and every time, I think a part of me is leaving too."
Encyclopédie la jeunesse 1963.

Even as I feel the shadow of death roaming around, and my heart sinking in the pit of doom, I have faith
I have faith peace is not far away. I have faith the crippling anxiety that infest my vein will soon be washed away.
I know I will be fine,
Because
I have faith
They're coming I can see them
I see them from the corner of my eye
They're here, almost
Come get me before they do.

Drain my blood
Tear apart my skin
Break my bones
Rip out my eyes
Free me from this jail
Destroy who I am
And let me be again
Why should I fear what can't be if I am?
