I deadass told my new psychiatrist that I would not tell anyone if I was suicidal 🙃 💀and I've struggled with suicidal thoughts. However I did say, I try not to think of those thoughts and I try to be around loved ones when that happens. Now I'm prescribed a new medicine for my bipolar 2 meds. Being a mental ill baddie be a roller-coaster man 😭🤧.
