Two years ago today, we fully embraced and accepted our life as a system. We started accommodating for it and fully recognised we had this disorder

We like to celebrate this day because it marks not just how we found out a ig aspect of our life, but how far we've come

As much as I wouldn't wish this disorder on anyone, not even my worst enemy, I'm grateful for my alters and the fun we have, even if there are bad times too.

And in those bad times, we help each other too. I'm so grateful for my friends, people who help me, people who I help and everyone else.

And the community too. we've made some amazing friends in the system community and I think it's great that we can see the light times in such a painful disorder.
