Blaine: WOOO! Party tonight!
Eric: Yeah, yeah.
Eric: such a dork.

Blaine: I know, but it's nice to hear :P.
Blaine: I'll be home around 6, that good? Want me to bring home pizza too?
Eric: You're also a dork.
Eric: I can get some pizza.
Thank god. I wish it would have been over sooner but at least I don’t have to work tonight.
Getting time off is always a good thing in my book.

Blaine: That sounds good to me! I'll grab some beer on my way home.
Eric: You're the best.
Tonight has seriously been the longest night ever. I keep looking at the clock and it doesn’t even seem like it’s moved at all. I’m not even on anything, so what the fuck.
At least it’s over now?
TEXT ⇄ ERIC & BLAINE
Blaine: Yes it is! When I get home from work!
Eric: Cool, I'll make popcorn or something.

Eric: Hey... Is the offer to watch Bob's Burgers with you still standing?
Will do! In the meantime, I will look into reading more comic books.
That’s always nice to hear.
Maybe, I should throw one, so that I can see you in a superman or batman costume.
If it happens let me know the time and place.
I don’t understand why no one knows a merkin is! So uncultured. It’s like a genital toupee!
Well like I said before, good luck with that.
Thanks! I appreciate it. That’s true, have you dressed up as one recently? For like a costume party?
I haven’t been invited to a costume party recently, so I can’t say that I have.
Just found a sticky note that I wrote ‘million dollar idea: start a merkin farm’ on. I must have been really high when I wrote that, but, on the other hand, it isn’t a terrible idea.
I have no earthly idea what that is, but good luck with that.
Thanks! I might stop by sometime this week. That’s true, I never dressed up as one, but I bet I would look amazing in a superhero costume.
Well if you do, I’ll be here to help you. I’m sure you would. But I mean, it’s really hard to not look good in one.
Maybe, next time I’m in the area I will check it out. I think superheroes are interesting, but I never sat down and read a comic before. It would take me forever to figure out which superheroes are from DC or Marvel, though. So, when I come in, you would definitely have to explain that to me. I guess, it’s just not my cup of tea, the costume thing. But to each their own. I’m sensing you have dressed up as a superhero once, though.
Of course I’d help you. Of course I have, superheroes make the best Halloween costumes.
Okay, fine! My side job is to always make good points. You’d miss the singing and you know it.
Well I know you’re good at the side job. I’m sure I’d miss you in general. Not everyone would be chill with me walking around in my underwear.
If I’m so annoying, why are you talking to me?
I didn’t say you were annoying, I said the saying was.
Thanks. I’ll let you know if I become an expert on sports from watching it. There’s so many comics, though! I wouldn’t know where to start if I ever wanted to read one. I just imagine a random weirdo spending like a thousand dollars on comics, and coming into the store dressed in their favorite character. But, there are probably people who are dedicated to them, so that’s cool too.
I mean, you can really just jump in anywhere. I always suggest a crossover event because those are usually pretty fun to read. But the big two both have places for new readers to jump on. DC relaunched with The New 52, so tons of first issues there and then Marvel has Marvel Now, which is sort of a reboot, but not really... There are a lot of people that come in and spend a lot on comics, and there are some people that come in costume, but I wouldn’t call them weirdos.
