A recap of my ridiculously long day

4:45 am - alarm goes off. Go eat breakfast

5:30 am - 6:45 am - personal training. Chest day.

7 am - get home. Quick shower. Change.

7:30 am - 8:30 am get adrian and his stuff (and stop for snacks) over to the air base so he can leave on deployment

8:40-6:15 pm WORK. Seriously. We were busy as hell and I wanted to cry.

6:30 pm -7:45 pm - yoga. My first real yoga class. Manage to not have a breakdown and start crying when I get frustrated. It’s just yoga. We all start somewhere

:: stop at the grocery store on the way home ::

8:40 pm - get home. Devour dinner. Drink water.

9:15 pm - crawl into bed. Set alarm for 4:45 am.

My bed feels like heaven right now.
