Scary moment of the day. Was taking a trip to Snapper Rocks to take some photos. Panicked thinking it must be in NSW and we didn't have a border pass. Doubled back only having to do some sweet talking at the border control. Although it took 30min to get through traffic and processing our officer, Rosie was very understanding. Read Lord of the Rings or a Jules Verne classic and you realise the power of storytelling. As ink on paper has continued to surpass technology I found today the same can be said for film. Irrespective of the colourised black and white, I was engrossed in this film I accidentally stumbled upon. Like a good story it is telling the life of fractured yet inspirational character in William Friese-Green, an early inventor that contributed to "moving pictures". This is a nearly 70 year old movie called The Magic Box. Advertised as having over 60 British Stars, but is such a great story.
