From Hillary:
-You can commit your life to a single goal, stay with your husband who cheated on you, and continue to get back on your feet after being knocked down time and time again, but still lose.
-You can try to take the higher road, but still end up at the bottom.
-Experience means nothing.
-If people think you are corrupt and a liar, you may as well be corrupt and a liar, regardless of anything else.
-If you try to be politically correct, you get trampled over.
-If you lie and hide things, you lose trust.
-If you lose trust, you lose.
From Trump:
-You can be a racist bigot and still win over the hearts of millions
-You can speak vulgar and offensive words, but as long as you're speaking your mind honestly and openly, it's ok.
-You can cheat on your wife, divorce multiple times, and sexually assault women, but as long as you make money, who cares?
-You can openly hate large groups of people who are not like you, but as long as you "can bring about change", everything will work out.
-You can say one thing, but as long as you kind of, half-heartedly, insincerely take it back, you didn't really mean it.
-You can incite violence, never pay your taxes, be bailed out, and give no facts, and still succeed.-You can promise nothing, and still seemingly promise everything.
-You can have the temperament of a three-year-old, and still lead a country.
-You can be unqualified to be president, and still be elected president.
From us:
-We are more divided than we have ever been before.
-We are more sexist and racist than I thought we were.
-We are less educated than I thought we were.
-We care about money more than I thought we did.
-We wanted drastic change for better or for worse.

I will never respect Trump regardless of what he does over the next four years, and I'm not saying Hillary necessarily deserved to win either, but congrats, America, I guess... I just can't believe these were the two best candidates we could nominate.
