do you guys remember when sasuke was paralyzed with fear in the first encounter with orochimaru and everyone called him a coward? do you guys remember that hahsh sooo funny like sakura of all people saying she didn't know he was such a coward can't you use your head my girl? this boy is the only surviver of a genocide, he was made to watch his loved ones die over and over and orochimaru is the first person after itachi he can feel such an insane thirst for blood, he knows danger!! he's feeling the sensation of being in itachi's presence, he knows orochimaru will hurt them and he doesn't want anything bad happening to his team!! he is willing to stay there giving them time to run, he's trying to protect everyone, he thinks the safest is to run because he's been in that situation before!! and he gets called a coward

they should've kept the falcon as sasuke's animal. the snake was never his, it was orochimaru's and that should be over when itachi finally sealed him and removed the curse for good. sasuke even changed his team name after finding the truth, he's detaching himself from orochimaru to follow his own path, his powers aren't needed anymore because they fulfilled their purpose: killing his brother. but they had to make that parallel between team7 and the legendary sannin. naruto and sakura follow after them, but sasuke was never orochimaru's pupil, he was one of his victims. maybe sasuke could still be able to use the snakes, since is something he learned, but forcing him to be orochimaru.2 is simply dishonest.

You know, for some reason, quite a lot of Naruto fans give Sasuke a lot of shit for being 'obsessed' with his Sharingan. And I just want to ask, why wouldn't he be? It's not like the Sharingan is the Kekkai Genkai of the Uchiha Clan right? These people have absolutely no comprehension that in the Naruto Universe, Kekkai Genkai are usually a source of Pride and inherently linked to a Clan's culture. They absolutely don't mind it when the Hyuuga do, what is basically, glorified slavery in the name of stopping bloodline theft. But God forbid Sasuke be proud of his Sharingan. It's not like the Sharingan is one of his only connections to his dead Clan.
