I’ve done… unbelievable things… in the name of a faith that was never my own. And he’ll do to her what he did to me.

“Me I’m going to go with the guy that’s going to break out of here.” Eli spoke with a smirk, “I’m not really going to hang around here any longer than I have too.”
Hearing Kyra’s voice above them, he chuckled because her words sure couldn’t have been any more true and that was from Eli’s read on Riddick.
It was like he said, it happened quick. The sounds of guns echoed down to their ears and then there was an explosion. For a moment it was silent Riddick watched and waited. He was amused when the rope dropped down and none other than toombs himself was crawling down the rope they dropped him in with. Riddick stared him down and gripped the walls around him.
"...no...Riddick no!" Toombs pled with him.
Riddick pulled himself back and launched himself at Toombs. He could have kicked him down but instead he just climbed right over him, "Should have taken the money, Toombs," Riddick told him, as he continued to climb up into the control room.
Kyra watched and shook her head. Riddick never ceased to amaze her. The Guv watched as well as a number of others. Kyra shrugged and leaped at the rope and easily caught it climbing up, with the Merc still clinging to the rope. She climbed over him, in a different circumstance he might have had something to say. Now he simply finished climbing down the rope. Many of the others began to work their way up as well.

A note about shipping with me
agent-timross:
I probably already ship it
not that I deliberately start rp’ing with people for the purposes of shipping, but if there’s chemistry, if there’s interesting interaction, then yeah, I probably ship it
you don’t have to ship it too; it’s fun to torture the muse with unrequited feelings okay
I will never pressure you into a ship
if you feel like i’m pressuring you, let me know and i’ll do my best to rectify the behavior
if you want to ship a thing, pitch it to me. the answer is probably yes.
that said, don’t assume it without at least mentioning it to me ooc first.
ships are usually in their own seperate verses unless we’ve discussed something else.
if you ship with me I’ll ruin your life
xoxox i love you bbies

Eli quickly picked up on the fact that the man before him really doesn’t talk much and was probably plotting on how to get out of this place already. Following light on his feet as any good rogue would be, the Champion kept a respectful distance while still keeping pace with the man.
He was sure that Riddick hadn’t just been talking to him about the break out either.
When he moved it was apparent The Guv had also been nearby, he was staring at Riddick in some type of awe and disbelief. Above he saw the control room rise up and a fresh burst of air wafted through the stale prison.
"So they do go top side," he mused now standing between the two men, "To swap out air."
The Guv just looked at him and Riddick spoke once more, "Stay on my leg when I jump the fence, or stay here for the rest of your natural life."
"Nobody outs this place...nobody," The Guv said widening his eyes.
"He ain't nobody," Kyra's voice floated from above now laying on her back peering upwards.

Eli tilted his head curious about just how strong a sense of smell the man had. Humming before saying, “Well that’s one way to know I’m not from around here though what I could tell you about the things I’ve faced might make you think I’m crazy or more likely a thrill seeker.”
Tilting his head in the direction the man was pointing, he quirked a brow in question on whether or not the person was who he thought after all Eli couldn’t help but think the only one willing to eavesdrop would be the young woman that strangely enough reminded him of a cross between ‘Bella, Bethany and Merril. Unaware that he made a face at the odd combo that would make, Eli asked, “So how would you go about getting something back from the guards?”
Riddick just stared at him, silently but in that silence there was a definite air of apathy. He didn't care enough to pass judgement on his mental sanity or his addiction to adrenaline. At his silent inquiry he could only guess at the question. He nodded as Riddick wasn't particularly threatened by her presence either.
He blinked at the spoke question, "I'd kill them," he said simply. The Guv had given him a little insight on how this place functions, when the guards go topside...Riddick only had a small window to get from here to the hanger. Though the conversation hadn't quite gonna there he figured the blond would catch on, "When it happens, it's gonna happen quick, stick close and move fast," Riddick told him before standing to walk off.

Eli quirked a brow at the change in color of the beast but nodded his head in understanding that it was something different about the man. Blinking at the statement for what it was, the rogue didn’t even know how to respond.
“Not even a little.” He quipped out lightly even as he scratched the back of his head. “Though not sure how you figured that out. Most here just think I’m crazy than again I’ve only been here for maybe an hour longer than yourself.”
Eli looked around them but without making it apparent that he was because he could feel like they were being watched. Of course the eyes watching didn’t exclaiming danger exactly just a certain wariness that the Champion had gotten used to following after dealing with the Arishok and Meredith.
Riddick only tapped his nose, "You smell different," he said simply, then shrugged, "I've seen crazy, I see it every time I pass a mirror," He was a little too cheerful for Riddick's tastes, but he wasn't crazy.
He was observant too, that was a bit of a surprise. Riddick's hands were inner laced together resting casually on his knees, the barest hint of an amused smile tugged at the corners of his mouth as he casually pointed towards where Kyra hid. She was out of eye shot but he could hear her breathing.
Kyra nearly snorted, he didn't hear the tale about the dragon yet.

Eli had seen Kyra dance around the beast as if it was all a game to her instead of a bloody blight wolf attacking. Maybe I’ll finally end up at the Maker’s side with my parents and brother, he thought as he found himself face to face with the beast. Throwing himself out of the way at the very last second he heard the hound’s body smash into the rock wall that had been behind him.
Cringing at the sound because he wouldn’t want any animal harmed, “Sorry Pup.” He apologized to the hound before taking off to get away from the beast.
Of course by getting away from one, Eli found himself staring in disbelief as the man Riddick was petting one of the hounds as if it was nothing more than a mabari pup.
Riddick only looked up at him and shrugged as the animal hopped up as the called them back, "It's an animal thing," he shrugged. Riddick tilted his head and watched the other, he smelled...off. He didn't smell like someone that had been in the slam for a while. He just smelled...different in a manner he couldn't describe. The hound grew orange again and snarled at the blonde but still slunk off.
"You're not from around here," Riddick said flatly.
It dawned on her that they'd set the dogs out for a reason this time. They were hunting for Riddick. Why anyone would think that was a good idea was beyond Kyra. She wasn't too far from Riddick and Eli but she was out of sight. Her head tilted to the side to listen in on them though.

Eli chuckled at her comment about not expecting a hug. He tilt his head at her before scratching at the back of his head, “If not up than which way?”
Furrowing his brows as he watched her run towards the sounds of snarling hounds instead of away. Eli gave a very deep sigh before following more out of curiosity than anything else after all he wanted to see what all the fuss was about.
Finding himself before a snarling mass of ugly, he stared because Maker that’s not a hound that’s an abomination. Making any sudden movements would get him killed and damn it, Eli grumbled he didn’t survive being left in the Deep Roads, a Horde of Rampaging Qunari, blood mages, an insane knight-commander, a blighted darkspawn magister and a bloody fear demon just to get eaten by a feral hound.
Kyra smirked stopped before it as the orange color took over it's body. It snarled and she locked eyes with it. As is lunged towards her Kyra dodged, aware Eli had followed her she did find herself hoping he was quick enough to move. Kyra enjoyed ducking and dodging the creatures. It had become a game to her.
Riddick was unsure what to make of the beasts, so he posted up behind a water fall. Most creatures the water would disguise his scent. Though the hound seemed to be smart enough to check behind it. As it's nose slowly poked forward Riddick tugged off his goggles and leaned forward to stare it directly in the eye against the advice of The Guv. It snarled and turned red but Riddick held it's gaze baring his teeth in turn and was practically nose to nose with it before it backed down and he hopped down from his perch as the creature rolled over on it's belly and Riddick couldn't help but smile. He reached out and patted it's stomach rubbing it's scales.

Glancing over upon hearing someone land next to him, Eli watched Kyra land and scurry back under an over hang to hide or something. Looking up he could see the man that had been lowered down not long after he himself had peering over the railing.
Blinking slowly before looking towards Kyra again, he light heartedly joked, “Not the friendly reunion you were expecting? Probably the not the right place for that anyway.”
Standing up the rogue turned back towards the wall and looked it over for good hand holds and foot holds for him to resume his climb.
Kyra's eyes flicked to him and she crossed her arms. "Not like I expected a hug," she didn't know what she expected. She hadn't expected him to leave her behind on Helion Prime to begin with. How did he think she'd stay? Her eyes fell back to Eli curiously and she let out a bit of laughter.
"Just because what you want is up...doesn't mean that's the best route to go," Kyra told him.
"Alright boys, Feeding time!" The sound echoed through the chamber and Kyra's head turned upright.
"You'd better run, Don't make eye contact, head for the cages" Kyra to him as the snarls of the hell hounds started echoing off the walls. Kyra however ran towards them, to her this was a challenge.

Eli blinked and couldn’t stop the snicker at the words the man said. The idea that someone else was just passing through amused him greatly. Shaking his head having see the fight better yet slaughter below, deciding he really wanted his armor.
Seeing the slight stare down between the man and woman, Eli wondered about the weird tension before shrugging and continuing his climb until he made it to a ledge.
Sitting for a moment, Eli could feel eyes on him but given the fact that he was already probably called a Crazy because of his story about a dragon. There wasn’t much he could do about the scrutiny.
He wouldn't have to look for Jack, he knew she'd find him. He knew when he had her blade pressed at the sweet spot. There was a mixture of amusement and annoyance with her.
"How do I get eyes like that?"
"You gotta kill a few people,"
"Did that, Did a lot of that," she dug the blade deeper into his back and for her efforts she was slammed into the bars.
"Then you gotta get sent to a slam,"
"One where they tell you you'll never see daylight again? Only there wasn't any doctor here who could shine my eyes not even for twenty menthol Kools, was there anything you said that was true?" she growled at him.m He lifted her up and pinned her to the bars with his forearm, "What are you gonna do huh? Go for the Sweet Spot?"
"Remember who you're talkin' to...Jack," he warned.
She turned her head from him, "Jack's dead," she could almost see a certain sadness pass through him, "She was weak, she couldn't cut it," she kicked out the light and used the blade in her mouth to slice him across the face.
"The Name's Kyra now, and I'm a new animal," she leaped over the side of the balcony and landed next to Eli. She was visibly shaken even as she quickly backed under cover. Above Riddick peered down after her.

“Who said I was human?” He asked with a smirk of course while he didn’t have Bethany’s level of magic didn’t mean he couldn’t charm things. It was something that had saved his life more often than not.
Laughing because as far as he was concerned he was already dead, “Well when I die maybe this time I’ll end up at the Maker’s bosom. Last time didn’t count because Fade and Fear Demon.”
Turning his head at the sound of banging, Eli watched warily as a man was being lowered into the prison. Given everything he had gone through, the Rogue had gotten good at reading lips and his hearing was more acute so he had heard the name whispered. All he could think was Maker that man is built solid like a warrior.
She drew herself back into a corner her hand wrapping around a chain just in case he needed a hand. He probably wouldn't. She watched him flip himself upwards then use his momentum to roll himself up in the chain and then let gravity do the work. It unraveled and snapped his cuffs and he landed easily on his feet in a crouch. Once again the fighting ensued. Kyra thought they should have learned from last time. They didn't...Riddick dispatched them easily. Kyra took out the very last one with her chain. Riddick stared her down, she was curious if he really recognized her.
The Guv was speaking to him, the same speech to everyone, a warning about the structure of Cremtoria and a valid question. Inmate or Convict?
"Me? I'm just passin' through."

“Yeah so would a Mabari warhound doesn’t mean a dog doesn’t like a little love.” Eli retorted back as he could hear her rolling her eyes. “Oh my dear, if you knew even half of what I’ve been through. Being thrown into a prison would be a vacation.”
He had no doubt the doorway above them was locked but if there was one thing he had gotten really good at was picking locks. But well he didn’t know if he could actually pick this lock based on the weapon that he had seen. “Well I’ve gotten out of tougher places before. There is always a backdoor but the armor is up there so I need that back before I break out of here.”
"Sure...it would love to tear you apart, they don't like humans," Kyra rolled her eyes, she shook her head slightly not even dignifying him with a response.
"Ya know what? Knock yourself out, and when you get to the surface, let me know how the sun treats you, or ya know...how you plan on getting off this rock...are you a pilot?" She knew the answer to that, "Your funeral, I don't give a shit what you do."
The steady rhythmic clinking of the prisoners alerted Kyra that another prisoner was being lower in. She moved out to get a view but this time she froze, even dangling as high up as he was she knew who he was. The single word whispered on her lips before she easily leaped over the railing and landed in a crouch. "Riddick,"

Well that’s a look that took Aveline a year and a half to learn, Eli tilted his head before smirking, “Well given the fact I was left behind to die allowing some others to go on to save the world. I don’t think seeing sunlight again was on my to do list. However I will be getting that armor back even if I have to go through every last guard to get it because they broke the rules in that the person should be dead before you loot their body for valuables.”
He than showed his hand which had a key off one of the guards, “Like so.” Turning he started looking around in thought before flashing her a roguish grin, “Care to make a wager?”
She chuckled softly, "You apparently don't know where you are," she told him flatly, "This is hell, there's no key to get out of hell," she blinked at him, "I don't know where you're from but...the only way out...is up...and say you managed to get up...the sun is so hot is burns anything it touches to a crisp, that key unlocks the cages to the hounds."
Maybe he was knocked unconscious when they threw him in, they must have hit him pretty hard, "They also don't REALLY care if you kill the guards, you'd be luck if they haven't sold it yet."
