Breakfast, my favorite part of the day, is turning into torture, an ordeal for me. Bitter milk, or with just 3–5 drops of sweetener at most, but first I have to build a protein buffer with Skyr, Kefir, or something similar. Then I can only eat three or four cookies. I bought oat and hazelnut milk... I don't even know what it's like, but I have a feeling it’ll make me want to throw up... Yeah, breakfast has definitely become torture😫😂In the meantime, I've also discovered that avocado toast is very high in calories, far more so than most people might think. Luckily, I don't like it, in fact, I tried it once, and that was enough to last me a lifetime🤢😂
