It’s 38 degrees today. It’s sweltering. Yet, I still have to train. I know working out in this heat isn't recommended, but I know how to listen to my body and stop when I’ve reached my limit. It’s early right now. I’ve just had lunch, and I have to wait until 5:00 PM to start. I’ve just noticed one thing... when I use the exercise bike, my legs, especially the backs of my calves, start hurting like crazy, and I don’t know if that’s normal. In total, I work out for 40 minutes a day: 10 minutes with light weights and 30 minutes on the bike. But I’ll be adding other exercises soon. I do have one bad habit, though: I drink very little water, and I know that’s not right. But I just don’t know how to fix it. Anyway, I'm waiting for my Sleep Token shirt to finally arrive. I hope it gets here this time, and soon🍀✨️

The Alan Parsons Project - Lucifer 1979

Aus dem Progressive-Rock-Album "Eve" der britischen Band The Alan Parsons Project. Das Album wurde insbesondere in Deutschland ein kommerzieller Erfolg, wo es sich allein in den ersten Wochen nach Veröffentlichung rund 400.000 Mal verkaufte. Es erhielt in Deutschland und den USA Gold. Engineer/producer Alan Parsons and his colleague, songwriter and lyricist Eric Woolfson, formed the Alan Parsons Project in 1975. Throughout their career, the Alan Parsons Project recorded concept albums (including adaptations of Poe and Asimov books) with a revolving cast of session musicians. Released in 1982, Eye in the Sky was their greatest success; the title track charted in the Top Ten on the pop charts and the album went platinum. Although they weren't able to repeat that success, the group maintained a devoted cult audience, even after they stopped recording following 1987's Gaudi
