It’s 38 degrees today. It’s sweltering. Yet, I still have to train. I know working out in this heat isn't recommended, but I know how to listen to my body and stop when I’ve reached my limit. It’s early right now. I’ve just had lunch, and I have to wait until 5:00 PM to start. I’ve just noticed one thing... when I use the exercise bike, my legs, especially the backs of my calves, start hurting like crazy, and I don’t know if that’s normal. In total, I work out for 40 minutes a day: 10 minutes with light weights and 30 minutes on the bike. But I’ll be adding other exercises soon. I do have one bad habit, though: I drink very little water, and I know that’s not right. But I just don’t know how to fix it. Anyway, I'm waiting for my Sleep Token shirt to finally arrive. I hope it gets here this time, and soon🍀✨️
