My opinion and response: This is absolutely constitutional. It's, in fact, written into the constitution, and has been done before. The attack on the capitol was absurd and directly caused by the ex-potus 45. I hope they depose him and ban him from ever running for office again. Then we can get back to living life as HUMAN BEINGS not as republicans or democrats. I despise what this party has devolved into, the trump party, racism bigotry, then beating police officers with American flags? Nah. Not my prez, esp not any more. He never was for me anyways as I'm lgbtq+.

We are out of wiggle room. That is the real issue, too many sick and dying that your “it’s no worse than the flu” logic is going to kill, not just with the virus, but with anything as simple as a car wreck, or a bad fall, a wound going septic, any number of things that could land you with an icu stay.
