coming back to wizard101 after a long hiatus and seeing all the changes on my new ice wizard got me feeling like

the glorious morn crown rewards event is a complete fucking joke

here’s all the things you get for spending a full 225,000 crowns

300: tropical garden gnome 

3,500: moolinda’s green thumb pack, farley’s gardening pack, fish fountain 

9,000: gardening benefit (1 hr) elixir, ball of blue yarn 

25,000: slippers of the glorious morn, star chalice, small normal planter 

65,000: regal dragon statue, gardening benefit (3 hr) elixir, small enchanted planter 

100,000: cap of the glorious morn, water-mole statue, medium normal planter 

125,000: gardening benefit (5 hr) elixir, wooden rake, medium enchanted planter 

150,000: sword fern, glorious morn banner, small arms weapons rack 

175,000: robe of the glorious morn, dragon skull, ivy league 

225,000: spirit of the forest pet, seed vault, cyber scooter permanent, celestian power orb

all of this, except for the gear and mount, is absolutely a joke. just about all of the things available can be bought from vendors, farmed, or crafted. the 2 seeds available can be bought from the crowns store for nowhere near as expensive. it’s absolutely fucking disgusting how greedy they are. you get nothing all that decent for spending over $300. the fact that kings isle did this a SECOND time, after the first one was a fucking disaster. i seriously hope enough people won’t buy into this event so they fucking cut it out. this isn’t acceptable.

so I recently started a new wizard, a storm one, and I don’t know how you people are able to go through the entire beginning of the game over and over
