I have 3 months. And in the next 3 months i'm going to be unrecognizable.
My family is moving to another country in 3 months (more or less), and as someone who's not bad (but also not good), I sweetly decided I'm gonna start a full blown 90 Days Glow Up plan, because this is my brand new fresh start.
I'm not gonna add calorie counting or weight measurements in case of sensible readers, my goals will be merely private.

Weigh-in (naked, post-toilet)

1h workout (divided if needed)
Log food
Beauty ritual (face, back, arms)
No sugar, dairy, processed carbs

AM: Weigh-in, Ice cube massage, Detox tea + 1 boiled egg
Workout: April Han Waist + 15min arm ballet
PM: ACV shot, Aloe on back/arms, black tea
Ritual: Deep body exfoliation in shower
TUESDAYTheme: "Tighten, Tame, Transform"
AM: Green tea + frozen spoon under eyes
Workout: Lilly Sabri flat belly + 20 min walking
Lunch: 3 lettuce leaves, 1 egg, chili flakes
PM: Chew gum instead of snacking, Stretch in mirror with music
Ritual: Update measurements & write diary
WEDNESDAYTheme: "Ghost Mode Activated"
AM: Water + silent journaling
Workout: 10min vacuums + 30min waist dance
PM: No speaking after 8pm, mint tea only
Ritual: Back acne spray + glycolic acid on arms
THURSDAYTheme: "Cold Perfection"
AM: Weigh-in, chill shower, white outfit
Workout: Model walk practice + 20min arms
Lunch: Cucumber, chicken, cinnamon apple
PM: Mirror check, blog post draft
Ritual: Paint nails, ice face again
FRIDAYTheme: "Delicate Control"
AM: Black coffee, no breakfast
Workout: Ballet stretch + leg sculpt
PM: Corset training (2h), light soup dinner
Ritual: Fairy playlist + hair oil + sleep early
SATURDAYTheme: "Pretty Hurts, But Works"
AM: Salt water cleanse or fast
Workout: 1h mix of walking + waist + arms
PM: Girl blogging, thinspo pinning, light stretch
Ritual: Steam face, clay mask, aloe body
SUNDAYTheme: "Reset + Refine"
AM: Green juice or tea, lemon water
Light workout only: stretch or posture
PM: Reflect on week, re-plan rituals
Ritual: Hair wash + back scrub + sleep mask
