Divine beauty, sweet temptation || Declan & Angela || Flashback
This was certainly not a night he’s ever come across. Yes he had spent either one night being chased by certain Gods for his trickery or working on a pottery piece to even just enjoying the atmosphere of Olympus. His night could have gone any other way. but it had crossed paths with Artemis, very much so like the arrow that pierced the apple. Though she had not pierced him—not all the way, she had only left a scratch on him. For he really didn’t have anything to hide, he laid all that he was out in the open. That was how he stayed true to himself, for he was darkness, that didn’t mean that he hid behind it— he embraced it.
Artemis drifted off into a different direction and he jumped off the tree. landing on the ground. He was curious as to why she did that—why did she kiss him? to probably catch him off guard. Dolos wasn’t one to dwell on things, he was curious but he wasn’t going to think anything of it. He headed back towards the tree in which he was by earlier, catching Artemis in the corner of his eye as the moon’s light shone on her in such a way, she was holding on the fake apple he had made.”That is a good question.” He said stepping towards her “What are you doing?”
In perfect moments of silence between her and her mind, she could feel the sweet soothing sound of the wildness. She sat under the apple tree, her fingers now fiddling with the fake apple. In the depths of her logic, Artemis knew that when she shot this apple -- it was fake. She was one of the only Archery Gods, of course her skills where top notch. She knew if she shot the creation, the creator would appear. Not that she expected to be Dolos -- no, she just wanted a God to mess with. But when her eyes first caught the eyes of the trickster she knew she was doomed.
Dolos was one of the few Gods that Artemis actually liked, she was a good judge of character and had trouble fitting in with the spoiled Gods. But Dolos had always been a god who stayed true to himself most of all, he was such a beautiful sight, Artemis sighed. She tossed the apple in the air to have it fall back in her hands. Suddenly his voice caught her off guard, it wasn't a question she meant to ask out loud. Her brown eyes looked up at him, a small smile danced on her lips. "Playing with a fake apple." She stated the obvious, she hoped he would not pry into why she had kiss him. In truth, she didn't even know why. Her heart spoke out before her mind could stop her. "You're getting really at finding me." She teased tossing the apple to him.
