honestly I love that I often see non-TMA listeners guessing that the archives crew are found family trope when in fact they are a bunch of angry, depressed, traumatized idiots stuck in basement hell together who would without question actually kill one another if it seemed necessary or maybe just if they really felt like it. daisy is the only one who seems to be friends with everybody despite having attempted to do a murder on her current coworkers at least twice in the past. jon and martin’s mutually undeclared love is sending them on self-destructive spirals in opposite directions from one another. melanie walked in on jon repeatedly trying to cut his own finger off and her reaction was just “you’re so fucking stupid. look i’ll take you to meet body horror incarnate and he’ll do this job properly like you apparently can’t, you pathetic man.” helen’s just kind of here, occasionally eating people, and nobody really talks about it

Thank you for answering (I'm the water anon)! How would Pidge listen to broadcasts/transmissions? I would imagine the aviator hat gets in the way of headphones so would ear buds be a better option or are the headphones simply used over the hat itself?

I think wearing the big headphones over their cap is counterproductive but they don’t want to risk being seen with their cap off, so Pidge would have to go with earbuds.

Actually in WW1 and WW2 aviator hats had little flaps/pockets on the sides to put earbuds in to listen to transmissions and stuff!!

I'd like everyone to know that Eos 10 almost killed me

And no I don’t mean like oof feels aaaggh I mean like. I actually almost died. I was home alone, and had just started listening to it. So anyway I was on episode 5. I was eating a mint for some reason, you know like those round peppermint ones, and I was throwing the wrapper away, listening to The Gang be hooligans. Suddenly, I hear him. Akmazian. Now listen I don’t know what I was expecting but I certainly was not prepared for that. The shock of his voice sounding like that surprised me so much I did this weird kinda like noise of surprise in the back of my throat. But remember I’m eating a mint as well. So instead of making a funny noise and then laughing, what actually happened was I sucked in some air, and the mint got lodged in my throat. So here I am, home alone, choking on a mint, while Eos 10 plays in the background. I managed to get it out with a combination of trying to give myself the Hiemlich and coughing a lot. Anyway, Eos 10 was really really good and all the characters are really endearing and also I can’t stop saying “hello” in Levi’s voice
