Yayy !! Nice to start off this month with a loss :) I've been loosing soo slow lately tho :') I have to go out to dinner with my boss today at a ramen place so my plan is to get a poke bowl and don't eat the rice, and get a side of seaweed salad to look less suspicious

Almost forgot to do it today lol I'm still recovering from the 5k race and my dad made burgers today so I omadded that and took some lax tea so I hope that kicks in soon :')

I was thinking and I actually figured out why I gained the day before. I didn't rlly gain, its was more water weight because I have been training for a 5k (which I did successfully today :33) and the day before it made me superr sore and the body heals by using water :)
