personal feelings post incoming

i realised pretty early on that for some reason it is just harder for me to imagine myself being vulnerable with Natasha than with other f/os. whenever i daydream about her looking after me when im sick or comforting me when im sad or taking care of me when im regressed i feel this deep-seated discomfort in me. its the feeling i get when i think im about to be rejected or called cringe or weird or stupid. but this only happens when i imagine scenarios with Natasha in particular and no other f/o??? youd think this would happen while daydreaming about character like May or Claire who would realistically call me cringe to my face.

i think it might have to do with the fact that my thing with Natasha kind of transcends FICTIONAL other. what we have feels more Real and my stupid brain interprets that as there now being a Real Chance i could lose her or scare her away by being open and vulnerable. its soo hard for me to imagine her putting up with my bad moods because my brain is now under the impression she is Real and therefore she can and will leave me if i fuck up or say the wrong thing or act weird. i think this confirms the hypothesis that selfshipping really is a form of self love (at least 2 me) because being with Natasha is kind of forcing me to confront the things i dont like about myself or the parts of me i consider to be unlovable and forcing me to convince myself that maybe all of me is worth loving
