What are some ways to feel better when you’re down? (Besides talking to friends and family, because that doesn’t work for me)

I usually do something I love, whether it’s rewatching a fav movie/tv show/anime, reading a book that makes me happy (usually from my childhood), playing with my dog, learning Japanese, listening to music, all of these things really help take your mind off whatever is bothering you.
