My statements to try to live by (collected from various places that I didn't have sources to name...I can remove if any objections...they just motivate me so much): -I don't run away from a challenge because I am afraid. Instead, I run toward it because the only way to escape fear is to trample it beneath my feet -Though no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start now and make a brand new ending -What do you want to be? Fit, confident, happy, hilarious, tenacious, strong, cool, hot, radiant, bright, brilliant…..the truth is, you can make yourself anything & have a lot of fun doing it but it’s up to you to make it happen. You’re in charge. You are entirely up to you. Make your Body. Make your life. Make yourself! -You must begin to think of yourself as becoming the person you want to be -Nothing builds self esteem and self confidence like ACCOMPLISHMENT. Start by doing something that you can be legitimately proud of so you can say…I did this! -Get a reputation by being the runner in the neighborhood. -Transformation isn’t a future event, it is a present activity -Don’t call the world dirty because you forgot to clean your glasses -Most of the things you worry about never happen -Every accomplishment starts with the decision to try

Hey guys....I made it! Did the Hot Chocolate 15k today. I've been a little under the weather so it was a bit of a toughie. Had to walk a little of it.
