Instead of being limited to the normal object size options, this mod adds a simple Adjust menu when clicking on objects, giving you more control over how things look in your builds.

Charm'd - Build Set 1

Hey everyone!

Am I or am I not writing this at 4AM 6AM? Yes, I am! :D Just the usual. But I wanted to share this set with you before I leave for the Camino.

I named this collection Charm'd because the Victorian style reminded me of Charmed that I used to watch a lot back in the day. And because I couldn't come up with a better name.

The main focus of this first part of the collection are the windows and doors with a few build items to complete the Victorian look.

Since I had less time and I have a bunch of ideas I'll continue with more build objects in the next part.

For this set I really wanted to make some stained glass windows and doors so almost every type of window has a few swatches with a stained glass design, and all doors have in the same colors. As you can see, there are two styles of windows, I also made a few arched ones, I think they look good mixed with the regular rectangle windows.

I know the game already has siding but I hate that the colors are so limited so I added 41 colors for us to enjoy. I wanted to make a version with the corners but I couldn't finish that one so I might add it to the next part.

I mentioned earlier that making a roof trim was quite tricky because there's a setting in Sims 4 Studio I don't understand but I managed to make one and I like how it turned out. I added a simple one so you have all the same colors as the decorative trim.

I made a few decorative gables in various sizes, I tried to do different angles so you can use them in more than one cases. They are in the roof decoration category.

Thank you so much for all your support! I hope you like this set and that it was worth staying up all night so I could upload it. I'll be back next week with updates on the next part, and I'll try to answer your comments in the meantime.

BASE LAYER ADD-ONS

As The Sims 4 recent update (12th May 2026) added a new ‘base layers‘ category/slot of accessories, I’ve updated all my accessories that fit in this category/slot.

You can now download 20 new CAS items in my latest Patreon post.

The post also features a complete list of all updated items with direct links back to their original releases. All items' original posts on Patreon already have the 'Base Layer Versions' added and are available for download as well.

Another thing that is important to talk about as they also involve the recent update, and it’s about the recolor accessories for items that I have done in past (that is a lot); and in this case, I’ll have to study them case by case, and see if there is any necessity for updating any of them.

My criteria will be if the actual location of the accessory impacts the gameplay or not. 

For example, if it’s a top with long sleeves and the acc is located in the wrist/bracelet category/slot I will not make a new version of it as it doesn't impact using it with other cc and opens the possibility to use a base layer as well. Or in contrast, an item that would be nice to use with gloves but the recolor acc uses this slot, so in this case I’ll update this item and add a new .package and update the post (plus send notifications).

ironvolt545 - I am going to assume their meshes use AI or they use AI to “help” them “create”

sims3melancholic - has used AI for those “highly realistic” skins they have recently made

I have finally finished the first part of the BELGRAVIA collection ! We keep it traditional here, inspired by London's neighbourhoods. 

You will find various elements to recreate those charming streets ! I had a lot of fun to build up this set as I needed for a loooong time this kind of architectural pieces, and this set was the perfect moment to make them! I hope you will find them useful in your future builds too!
