i spend so long not drawing because most days i cannot bear to look at what i create. i look back on my older art from years and years ago and i see pieces with so much more life and expression than what i create now. my art perpetually looks so lifeless no matter what i try.

i hc that byleth had a 'rebellion' phase from jeralt for a bit but without him noticing? like she cut up her hair super choppy like this and he was like 'ok' and moved on. just because she doesnt show emotion doesn't mean she doesn't have a very natural instinct that every kid has at some point, which is to question the authority figures and principles in ur life. im too tired to form coherent thought

i read this poem ages ago and couldnt stop thinking about how it relates to carmy and michaels really incredibly complicated relationship with each other. season 2 really showed us a side of mikey we didnt see in season 1, wherein he is visibly struggling financially in the beef and personally in his addiction. i have so many thoughts and feelings about these 2 and i wish with all of my soul they could have gotten a chance at some closure with each other. the christmas episode really hammered in how defeated mikey was at this point and despite all that he was still saving that fucking money for carmy. their dynamic is so utterly tragic. this poem is 'and the coyotes howled' by lev st. valentine. it has ran through my head 24/7 ever since i read and i would highly suggest you do the same.

redid an old momo piece from 2019. i rly skipped out on the detail in my old piece, so i tried to do her actual dress this time around. it rly looks like i was making up my own dress for her to wear!!!!!
