to all the 3dblr/$hblr accounts interacting with my recovery content: i see you. i appreciate that you don't scroll past. i know that life might be shit right now and this community on here is one of the few places you can go - use it. use whatever means necessary to cope, to stay alive. just don't get too caught up in it and believe that things will never get better. because if you hold on long enough, they WILL get better. and i post to prove that. and i wish i could hug every single one of you through my screen when i see your notifications pop up. you're not alone, you never are. you will always be welcome on this account, whatever you're struggling with. people who demonise online communities around mental illness don't know what it's like, don't know how much strength interacting with people who are like you can give you, how it can make you realise that you're not at fault. so, hang in there. no matter how hopeless life seems, there is always somebody who cares about you. you matter. so don't be afraid to reach out if you need to. <3
A big avocado toast before a day of museum hopping in New York.
Ready for art, walking, and another wonderful day. 🥑🖼️✨
Cute flowers in my garden this morning. Their soft orange color was so lovely.
Good morning with a beautiful breakfast.
A cozy family dinner with our favorite Japanese food. So delicious 🤍
Starting a new week with fresh colors
A gentle start to the day.
A little treat before takeoff. Maybe this is my favorite part of any trip. ✈️🥂
First evening in London.
The Thames outside my window, nasi goreng and tuna sashimi on the table. A quiet and comfortable start to the trip.
A little touch of sunshine on a London morning. 🌼
pro tip: if u would like 2 get back into reading but are having trouble investing in novels, or are on that restless search for The Right One, consider anthologies. Bunch of different stories, usually nice & pacy, and if u dont like one u just skip 2 the next
i dropped hot tea on my sock but luckily it was thick

Some Nagasaki favorites: Turkish rice and sara-udon. Turkish rice is kind of like a grown-up kids’ meal — pilaf, spaghetti, and a pork cutlet all on one plate. For the sara-udon, I chose the thick noodles.
Breakfast at Asaba ended with a sweet little tomato compote.
