I was at a bar with older friends. A man came up behind me and put his hands on my shoulders. It felt like he was trying to take my jacket off. I freaked out. My heart rate increased and I couldn't breathe. 

Why do men do this.

When you’re a therapist so you know you're displaying signs of depression, but the concept of going to therapy frightens you so you’re just trying to worksheet yourself out of it.
