They both are just really putting up fronts tbh, Erkme wanting to maintain the “big sister” vibe despite being a sad binch and Henrik thinking he needs to be a smooth talking man despite being a bit clueless at times/being pretty clingy and whiny. They both know the other is acting so they keep challenging the other but neither gives up. So there is this just awkward tension whenever they hang out. Imma work on posting again. I sorta just outgrew tumblr since everyone I know is on Insta (@cupcakecommissions if you wanna follow me there) but I like tumblr still and can post anything here that I don’t necessarily want ppl who are close to me IRL to see. Like BTD or certain venty shit. So yeah, I wanna come back. Even though its an idiot website, still kinda upset about it’s policy changes.

Oh my it’s that time again? Another Art Summary. Second year now and I’m pretty happy with it. Def lost of improvement since last year and a large variety of things which makes this multimedia/style bitch happy. I really pushed myself this year as well, striving to get better and out of my comfort zones. To try new things and fail and try again. 

It’s been some kind of year, huh? Anyway, Imma make a separate post of all this stuff featured. I wonder if I’ll be on this platform next year?

So yes, I’m aware that I’m late to the party and that I haven’t been alive for a little while but I heard about this and came here to talk about the actions of tumblr. Plus, I’ve been wanting to return for a while. Lmao, maybe not anymore.

If by some weird chance you haven’t heard, Tumblr is banning adult content. No nudity outside certain categories like education and art. Also, no sex acts are allowed to be displayed. While I don’t really post or repost or even follow that kind of content, I think this is a bad move tumblr and an overcorrection to the child pornography issue. YES THE CHILD PORNOGRAPHY IS A MAJOR AND DISGUSTING ISSUE AND NEEDS TO BE DEALT WITH. But to ban the legal stuff too is not so smart.

First and foremost, Tumblr has a lot of porn. Just to be blunt it does. A good chunk of that porn is artistically based and/or pays the bills. Think about how many NSFW commission artists are on here. Audio porn is also a thing people are being paid for. Don’t forget lewd cosplayers. So this effects people’s income. LEGAL income. Tumblr is a safe and large space for these creators and now they have to find a brand fucking new platform to keep themselves going. It’s also similar to YouTube where a lot of creators don’t leave because there isn’t really another platform that works like YT. Tumblr, there isn’t another platform like you! Maybe some people like visual artists can go to like deviant art or smth but gathering the same collective won’t be easy. It splits the community.

Secondly, sex positivity and normalizing sex. Guess what guys? Sex is okay. Sex is fine and even good. If it’s legal, then let it be. This is a place where people can feel safe while talking about sex and helps us spread sex positivity. Tumblr is pretty sex positive. When companies and corporations ban sex or sex-related content, it goes against that. It says that sex is taboo and wrong and it’s not “friendly” content. Guess what, it is. If you’re so worried about being friendly to new users, then why not look at the gore/guro community on here. I love guro, my tumblr has gore all over it, but I’ll also admit that violence should be more censored than sex. To suggest sex is not “friendly” to new users to suggest sex is not a normal thing that it shouldn’t be talked about or shown casually. 

Tumblr, look at your user base. Look at the people being affected. Look at it all. Then ask yourself, do you really want to censor it? If something isn’t tagged properly, fine. Go ahead. Take it down. I get that. But if people are taking the proper precautions and posting legal content, then leave it be. You’re really attempting to censor a community that enjoys not being so censored as they are on other platforms. Honestly, you’re probably going to lose a lot of users and hell, I’m debating being one of them. Don’t overcorrect tumblr, please.

HAPPY NATIONAL COMING OUT DAY

Story of My Gender Identity Journey Below! 

So um, fun fact y’all. I am genderfluid. Genderfluid (for those who don’t know) basically means I switch between genders. Although some people don’t switch and would match something similar to agender. I’m also bisexual but like,,,, I kinda wanted to do a piece about gender bc it’s been a recent journey for me. It started at the end of the last school year when I decided to try binding and dressing like a guy. It felt amazing, a kind of gender euphoria. (Positive feelings from dressing/acting/being a gender not assigned at birth. The opposite of gender dysphoria which is negative feelings from the body of a person not matching their gender) But when I dressed back like a girl, I didn’t experience dysphoria. And the same with experimenting with agender. I was really confused. What did that mean? Was I just agender with a love for gendered fashion? Was I just a girl that was overwhelmed with the language given to her? That’s when I turned to the internet. I learned about something called genderfluid. It seemed to match what I was feeling. I could be all the genders at once and present how I wanted day to day. I eventually came out to my friend over the summer and she offered to adjust to the pronouns I wanted for the day. It was awesome. I then “came out” (just sort of talking about it) eventually made bracelets for preferred pronouns so people didn’t have to ask and when class was back in session, I was confident in my gender identity. I had people call me by last name so I didn’t have to think about gendered names either, because I still like my name but its very feminine. Not everyone switches, most people still use she/her, but I don’t mind tbh. It’s hard to do so I totally understand. But I do have people who do and others who use they/them so that’s super awesome. Yeah, thanks for listening to my story ^^ I’ll be making a comic about coming out to my mom because it was a fucking hilarious story but that’s all for now, this post is hella long.

Day 5 | Chicken & Hey Batter Batter My contribution to the off fandom :) 

Day 6 | Drool & Drowning Um, dude gonna drown in his drool. Tried to make his frame look a cup, didn't really succeed :/ 

Day 7 | Exhausted (Drawing) & Transformation (Animation) Transformation animation was super fun! It’s short but I’m glad I challenged myself to make it ^^ And my gal tired after transforming :,^)

Day 8 | Star & Oh So Many Eyes The stars are watching over you :) 

Day 9 | Precious & Infected The clown lady you see before you very such a cutie. One day, unsightly black lines appear on her skin. An infection of sorts, running her precious beauty. Now no one will want to see her, she'll end up a has-been. 

Day 10 | Flowing & Hanahaki I hope the flowers look like they're flowing from the person's mouth ;;
