I use to walk taking steps without any knowledge where I was actually going. I walked in circles my entire life. Never being in the moment knowing exactly who I was and where I actually existed. Now each step is a present moment and real motion forward in my external and internal reality. I am now with each bending of the leg, quite conscious and in aware gratitude for the universal stamp my being is creating.
