Would you mind telling us about some of the comics you left unfinished and some of the stories behind your art? They're all really intriguing and mysterious! But you don't have to if you don't want to ruin the mystery of it, or if you're planning on using some of that stuff in your ask blog.

Sure thing! I don’t know if I’ll ever get around to finishing these, anyway, so here’s two of the more fleshed out ideas.

Pass the ParSOUL (where that one panel came from)

Post soulless pacifist au, in which Flowey stayed underground, with Frisk visiting regularly. One day, the kids make some Bad Choices, failing to correctly decipher Alphys’ terrible handwriting, and end up having to deal with the consequences. Frisk’s soul gets tossed around a bit and Flowey has the opposite of an existential crisis. Chara is the only sensible one.

Here are some concept/colour tests. Because I have to come up with a different style for every au, apparently.

That One Fluffy, Pink Underfell AU That I Can’t Stop Thinking About

At first, I just wanted to mess around with character designs, because that’s always fun. (That red stuff is oil, by the way.) But then I started to mess around with some other stuff, like boss monster biology and magical adoption weirdness, and then this happened.

So Flowey turned out pretty ok with this whole no love business, because you can’t really miss what you never had? I guess??? And it somehow turned into this weird floweypot situation, except Frisk is the cranky ex-murder flower that eventually drops their guard and learns how to accept love and kindness… in freaking Underfell, of all places.

Also the save function is all wonky, so after Frisk’s first reset, Toriel is less kind and Papyrus’ voice sounds a lot more gravelly. They don’t figure out why until they’re stuck having tea with the reason they had to reset, and notice the huge scar across her chest.

(Fun fact: The only reason this is set in Underfell is because I needed Flowey to be in the lab with Frisk for one specific confrontation, and it just snowballed from there.)

As for the ask blog, I don’t know if this counts as a spoiler, but here’s a thing I’ve been working on.

I want to eventually get the whole house made and just populate it with all kinds of stuff. Make it look like a home, y’know?

You're art is like watching the sun set while wondering if you spot a raging forest way off in the distance. Delightfully colorful and comforting with a smidgen of concern for a possible unsettling narrative hidden in the subtext. Plus your pixel backgrounds are lovely. Love your work!

Ah, sorry. It's actually from a song on that Magic Piano game. The one I played was made by Oneira09, but if it was based on a pre-existing arrangement, I haven't found it yet.
